I don't post much but I do read this forum thread every week and try to stay up to date on whats going on. I've followed your story here with ...well, fascination, lol. I've also read your blog today.
I just wanted to give you props for how've you've handled things. I can't imagine how difficult (emotionally) it's all been for you. Not sure if you are an emotional eater at all (I sure am)....but just take care of you for right now. Take all of the time you need to process it all and keep your main focus on your health, rather than the drama of it all. I have a feeling thats just what your goal is from things I've seen you post.

I'm glad that she's finally put the disclaimer on there. It's about time the folks at Kimkins realize that Heidi is only looking out for her own best interests and not their's.

I'm not sure I would feel very comfortable in a forum where my Private Messages are being read.

I do hope that folks over there are getting their friends' email addresses and using email to communicate and NOT the not-so-Private Messages.

P.S. Exactly what term of service did I breach......I have a copy of them...and can see nothing that should have gotten me banned....at the time I was banned. Keep in mind Heidi...you don't read blogs or other threads. My issue with xxxxxx and xxxxx was way before the FRONT PAGE even came out...so that can't be it....



As a person that paid you $60 for a membership...I expect a complete written explaination, including the incident(s) concerned for why I was banned.

I don't post much here. I read the thread every day, but don't really have time to post. I just want to welcome you here and to wish you well on your journey. I hope you don't hold it against those who seemed overly suspicious of you, but this thread has been dive bombed time and again and those who distrusted you did so because that kind of became self-preservation mode against people who came here pretending to be one thing and actually being something else. I hope in time that you and Carly feel at home here.

Something that was discovered quite a while ago, Nady, is that if someone was logged in when they were banned (say they didn't log out, just closed the window and shut down their computer), they would continue to show logged in for like, ever.

It is about the the people in KK and the survivors of KK and others caught in the vicious cycle of very low calorie diets and eating disorders that make me write today and every day. So, yeah, I am questioning your credibility in that respect.

All that weight you lost? You are going to gain it back once your off KK. You realize that, right? KK is poisoning your mind, too, because you traded one dependence over another. Go ahead and read the CB blog. It gives you spectacular insight into the minds behind KK. I was disgusted by not only the blog but by people still willing to defend the person or persons who authored the garbage posted.

Kat...I wasn't going to go in their guns a blazing DANDR or eat 70% fat. Subtle increases within the KK guidelines. I still think I follow KK, I just think that I listen to my body, because I'm more active. Some increases in thinking is better than none. Your not going to take a full fledge KK follower and force 70% fat down them off the bat, but, if you encourage a little more cheese, a little more may, a little more olive oil. Heck Gary even uses coconut oil in his coffee every morning. Regardless what you think or don't think about Gary...he gets it....he uses fat.

ITA! Yes, I was skeptical of Dee in the beginning, but she came in with guns blazing, calling us a pack and taunting us with blog postings about people here. But I saw the change in mentality. I began to see the anger as she realized she had been lied to. God forbid that I ever get so jaded that I can't give someone the benefit of the doubt. Good luck getting your answer on that. I never did. And when the attorney general's office contacted her to ask the same question, guess what they got - lies! Good old Heidi. She's consistently a liar, if nothing else. I'm sorry you're going through all of this right now. I understand the feelings of anger and betrayal you must feel. This demand is made in anticipation of further action with regards to the account of DEEDLYNN and is a demand that no evidence be spoiled, in violation of the Spoiliation of Evidence laws in the state holding jurisdiction over this dispute. .



This is further a demand that written notification been sent to the owner of the screen name DEEDLYNN, properly known as DeAnna Lynn Smith as to why I was banned and/or de-activated from the site, with specifics.
