Kat...I wasn't going to go in their guns a blazing DANDR or eat 70% fat. Subtle increases within the KK guidelines. I still think I follow KK, I just think that I listen to my body, because I'm more active. Some increases in thinking is better than none. Your not going to take a full fledge KK follower and force 70% fat down them off the bat, but, if you encourage a little more cheese, a little more may, a little more olive oil. Heck Gary even uses coconut oil in his coffee every morning. Regardless what you think or don't think about Gary...he gets it....he uses fat.

I think that would have been the easy part is gradually getting some good information out there, that is not necessarily IMHO anti KK. The hard part was going to be manuevering around getting banned. and guess what....it didn't work. LMAO.

Dee, here's what happens in that scenario. Because they have already been eating so low and losing and high on the losing, they will believe Heidi over you. if you are found telling others to up the cals for any extended period, you would eventually be scolded somehow for something - and you would have wound up in banned camp anyway.

Whatever Heidi....but if you really don't want to take the time to read the blog that is addressed to you....I'll go cut & paste it into an email. It's not blackmail. It's not extortion. It's facts. Cold hard fats. I did not violated my TOS...and if you can show me who I hurt. I'm happy to apologize...I already did that in my blog. For the record.....I've received about a dozen personal emails today, from KK folks...I don't think any of those fols think I hurt their feelings. One person did put something on my blog...just saying "bye"...maybe her feelings were hurt. If anyone was hurt, then they don't know the whole story of who hurt them. But then again....that's why folks get banned at KK right? so you can try to keep the "whole" story down...I might not be able to reach them all......but I can reach a WHOLE bunch of them. and beyond that....it's their decision...but at least the "full disclosure" is out there. Not your censored version of it.



Heidi...what have you done for all the people you've hurt. Continue dragging them through the mud and hurting them. You don't owe me an apology...you didn't hurt me. But you have hurt others.

I would just like to ask people to give them some "space" on here? I don't think any questions or anything is as important as what just happened and these ladies having time to "take it all in" and heal.

I sure would like this thread to be a place where then can post and not feel attacked.

It's just my opinion, but I would really like it to be a place of "healing" and learning for them.

I try not to post here much anymore for a variety of reasons, lol.. but I wanted to take a moment and address you since you can't receive PMs yet.

I can't imagine what it must be like to come out of a place where you feel safely secluded (Kimkins site) and deal with the onslaught of information, personal opinions and questions about your honesty and integrity, as you've faced in this thread.

I have to say that I've been following your story out of interest and I'm impressed with the way you handled it! You stood up for yourself and your convictions in the face of a pretty hostile (at times) environment and managed to separate the wheat from the chaff and get to the truth.

It's not easy going up against someone like Heidi, who really is a master manipulator, but WELL DONE! I'm sure it was a painful awakening.

Just know that there are lots of people here (like Tooter ) who really do want to see you succeed and offer you any support you need.

Dee, I just read your blog! That was the biggest bridge-burning I've attended in a long long time. But that's how Heidi tends to affect people - either all for or all against. But being lied to repeatedly has a horrible way of chopping away the underpinnings of that type of promise. So Dee, whether or not Heidi boots you out the door, the ducks you. So now you can advise Carly about her diet with all your new found education and we all hope she gets what she needs.

Dee, I stopped posting in here for a variety of reasons myself, but have followed the thread and most recently your story...

What Tooter and Morgan said, are my feelings as well..

Amy {Cutie} and I were the 2 original banned members, over a year ago.. Heidi read our PM's when we were discussing and seeing the lies, that she thought she was covering so well...

I got a most hateful email from her, when I was banned.. I was very proud of myself with the strong and direct reply I sent to her.. { Don't try to kid yourself Heidi, we BOTH KNOW you read it, even tho you said I need not reply...} They are both buried in the first thread here.. It's laughable really, what she said...

What you did today, well girl, you did good! Don't you dare keep thinking you lied! At the time, I have no doubt you meant every word you said.. Things change, specially when the truth is seen... Nope, in no way can you consider what you did as lying..

ITA. I'm hoping it wasn't me that was one of the ones that Dee thinks forced her hand. I thought it was forced herself by posting that first PM. Dee, I also, speaking for myself here, hope that you don't take the battle that happened here over the last couple of weeks too seriously. Take some time and go back and read with a new perspective, starting when you first came in here, or better yet, much earlier, to get a perspective of who people in here are, and what we have been through, and what the atmosphere in here is normally like. When reading it again, try to separate attack from humor or counterattack. Try to read with an eye toward where some of us were coming from. We all had experiences too before our worlds collided with yours, and that needs to be taken into account. My email is my screen name at gmail if you do want to take anything up privately. That same offer is for anyone else too.

So, yes, take time, let it sink in. Go on a mental vacation. You have come so far so fast. Maybe too fast. (Although I never thought one could get away from Heidi fast enough.) Be at peace, and try to lower your defenses a bit. People here want to help, but people here also want the truth, as you blogged about. Sometimes we can seem harsh or be hurtful in pursuit of that truth, and I apologize if I was, but my intentions were honorable.
