How would one join the class action lawsuit?

There are SO many Kimmer threads that I was hoping someone could post the information about how to join the lawsuit. A customer came in the other day and we started chatting about low carb, and she mentioned she had joined Kimmer a year ago but went off of it (thankfully!) once she started to feel ill.

I'm composing a list of low carb information to help her on her way, and I'd like to add the information about Kimkins for her so that she can add herself to the lawsuit.
