Deedlynn, what I am curious about, if I recall correctly what you've said in previous posts, is that you had tried many, many diet plans, had lapband surgery that failed, but Heidi provided a plan that works for you, just which plan of Heidi's are you following, K/E, Bootcamp, etc? Are you keeping to the limits of fats, proteins, and carbs that make up the basic KimKins plan? Just what was provided on the site that you feel is worth supporting a fraud for? While you say you don't support Heidi, the way I interpret your posts (and perhaps it is just my interpretation), because she provided you with a way to lose weight that you'd not found on your own and because she gave somewhat of an apology (I really can't call what she wrote a full apology, especially after all of the lies, I mean after all, Heidi is just a friend of Kimmers and was so concerned about the PI when she learned about the pics, etc.), that makes it all Okay.

Anyway, back to my question, which plan and do you follow it exactly?

I think you're stretching things here, just a tad. There have been times when some members of the collective here have made a misstep. But, there's no fraud. For whatever reason, some of the Ducks have gone to great lengths to keep the identities a secret. But, they aren't selling anyone dangerous diet advice. If I lie (and I haven't) about my weight on this board, that doesn't constitute fraud. I'm not trying to get anyone to PAY me to advise them on how to lose weight.

Heidi lied multiple times, and used her talent for lying to build up a website and members for that website to the tune of about $2 million dollars.

Not only is she selling something that's worthless, doing KK as she prescribes can be much more dangerous for your health than staying fat.

You are obviously an intelligent person. You can't possibly believe that people hiding behind a screen name, or even pulling a little internet mischief rises to the same level as what Heidi's done and is STILL doing! She is a master at manipulation, and playing with people's minds as well as their health.

And, you know what, Dee? I firmly believe Heidi is doing all of this with the full knowledge of how dangerous it is. That's why I say she is sick and twisted.

Have you read the court documents? The woman had well over a million bucks in her paypal account and wouldn't even spend the money to buy her OWN son a bed!

She's used her son's names without their knowledge in setting up her fraudulent businesses.

I hope you will keep reading, keep posting, and keep asking yourself questions about all this. I have a feeling you are closer than you're ready to admit that Kimmer IS the bad seed in this little saga.

Listen, you don't have eat crow or anything and no one here is going to say "I told you so" when you finally put it all together. And, by all means. keep asking questions. I think you've gotten some pretty thorough and civil answers to your questions. We really are here to help you Dee if you want it.

Magic--I never once..not in one post said that Heidi didn't have personal responsibility also. In fact, I do believe I said, there is enough blame for both sides in this one.

What I said was, if people here are in a conspiracy to bring you down, why not report it to the owner of this board, seeing as he has the control to rein things in, so to speak?

Fighting your own battles... well it seems you don't mind trying to take a whole thread down with you, along with a lot of activists and consumers who have no knowledge whatsoever who you are or what you are, aside from decidedly annoying and apparently needing a babysitter.

I am no longer at KK - however, I have read about this "hi-jacking" as you call it. I know the person you say played a childish prank. I understand you have been offended, thinking one has invaded your home. However, calling Gran's actions (and yes, it's now known that she had help) a childish prank is being childish yourself. I would think if you try to remove your personal emotions about this event (as they are personal for you, as you were offended) and try to see it from a more neutral point-of-view -- you may realize that it wasn't a prank nor was there any anti-KK perspective being shoved down anyone's throat. Gran's (and her -- dare I call it this -- little army of ducks) perspective is just that, her's -- with it being different than YOURS doesn't necessarily mean it's anti-KK. I believe that the perspective that was provided was truly based on trying to get people to see that some of the diet advice that is provided at the site (from the boss lady and her admins) is a bit drastic -- and it may be months or longer after following this advice that the effects (short and/or long term) surface. The event was done as an educational service. Now why "Gran" posted in every thread (or what you feel is every thread)? My opinion is that Gran knew as soon as Heidi and admins saw even the first post talking about Gran trying to educate others and present a different point-of-view from KK that the post would be deleted. This is tact that was used last fall (back when I was quite active at KK). So, to put multi-posts up in rapid session was the logical method to use - this would increase the chances that at least one person was online at that moment and would read what "Gran" wrote and be touched by it enough to seriously think whether the WOE was a smart one and/or if staying at the site was the best idea (even if one doesn't follow the WOE just staying there condones what the WOE represents).

You wonder if the end justifies the means - I say Yepper! To help at least one person (and there is proof that it has already helped more than one person) justifies (while sad) the possibility of offending others.

Stating your beliefs and trying to honestly clear up misunderstandings should never be considered being a troublemaker. So, if you are stating your beliefs (and not bad mouthing others) and being honest in your posting - then shame on the person(s) that call you a troublemaker.

as a lady who is trying to lose weight...i wish delaney the best of luck for healthy success

but as the kimkins PR person who is touting herself as an example of a kimkins success story who is using 'misleading' pictures as 'proof' of the program's success...there is little, if any mercy shown here.

And likely even less in court. I fear Delaney doesn't realize that the light at the end of the tunnel is actually the train.
