I just watched a news segment

There was a pill for obesity but what I found more interesting was a thing called a vblock (don't know if that is spelled right) but it is an electrode that gets wired around the esophogus and sends a signal that you are full. Less evasive I guess than gastric bypass. They were talking about future treatments for obesity. She went so dang fast I didn't get it all. Damn local news.

They did a survey and people would rather give up having children, being married, and all kinds of things rather than be obese.

Imagine - the man (or woman) of your dreams but you will be overweight, or be alone and skinny.

We are a really messed up society.
