OMG!! I just watched the clip. That is positively scary. I don't know who Dakota521 is but I don't think I saw her. The idea of 500 calories combined with hormones that arrive in a plain brown wraper from who-knows-where...Oh my goodness...that is just frightening

You know...I couldn't help but wonder the same thing. It must be standard operating procedure to recommend risky weightloss methods while swigging Capt'n Morgan and horking sugar cookies....

Did anyone else notice, in the shot of the couple on the beach, the muscle in her right arm looked really weird. It reminded me of how strange my arms started to look when I was doing Kimkins.

Oh Please..Heidi Diaz change...I know for some it is about money....but Dakota does not have a clear picture of Heidi. Heidi can be so sweet and charming...that is what makes her such a great con atrist.

My computer that got soda in it on our Hawaii trip can NOT be fixed. So today I start fresh with a new computer that my warrenty covered. Kind of bummed we lost some stuff...but thank goodness I had the Geek guy back up my picyures..we lost some due to damage to hard drive...but we got most.

Thanks for asking. He finished up his IV antiobotics and is on the road to getting better. We never found what was wrong with him. Scary.
Emily my daughter is having her operation this THursday. WE had to cancel it due to Cole being sick.
So if you could keep her in your thoughts. I would appericate it.

That guy drove me crazy when he said the HCG causes you to burn 2,000 calories a day. Um, hello, it's because you are only eating 500 calories a day and should at least be getting 2,500. It has nothing to do with the hormone!

I thought the same thing. And then when they said it affects the liver she said she wanted to see medical proof. How about medical proff that it works!!!

I got into KK this morning when you all were having problems.

I did HCG back in the 70's and did lose on it.....wonder why I had to do KK now? lol....Don't think I'd try it now though.

With her picture and weight loss progress no longer posted on the KK front page, I don't suppose that all of us will be able to SEE her big reveal unless someone is gracious enough to share it with us.

Or will she be redoing the front page to share her new size 4 picture where the whole world can see how quickly Kimkins really works?

I read your blog post and it was very wise and thought provoking. I just wanted to tell you that if you copy that "anonymous" quote, and paste it on a google search you will find the place where it was lifted from word for word.

Obviously, they'd like to preach to you but don't give a fig about any kind of integrity for lifting someone else's words verbatim and not giving credit where credit is due.
