Scam Alert

Slightly OT here but since this is a group interested in scams, I thought I'd clue you guys in on this one. Somebody sent me an email this morning claiming to be from Yahoo and asked me to verify my account info so as to not lose access to my yahoo mailbox. Well, I promptly forwarded it to their fraud division and it came from this email: sonnysonny95@yahoo.com . Oh, I don't think it has anything to do with our favorite scam artist, Heidi, but who knows?

Be careful! It's a jungle out there!!

AmyB, what is the phone call status tonight? Maybe we should all start calling Gary and asking why he won't talk to you? Talk to swalt yet?

Saw a nutritionist today and found out I'm still not eating enough. No wonder I liked what Heidi had to say. She fed into my anorexic tendencies.

I tell him he looks like he's in love!

BamaGal, my doctor's wife is the nutritionist, and he wanted me to see her, as he suspected I wasn't eating enough. He and his wife are the coolest people, and totally Atkins friendly. You've got to love a doctor who writes "resume Atkins" on your chart! So now I have to work on eating more protein and veggies. My problem is, I'm not a good breakfast eater. I think I'll make some egg salad over the weekend. I like that enough to eat a nice bit of it for breakfast.

Oh, and about the salmon, it WAS some good eating! Most of it was eaten in the form of the smoked variety. My FIL makes smoked salmon he should sell.

Oh, and I don't really mind that my post about swalt got edited out by an admin. I probably would have gone back and taken that part out if I could have, but by the time I rethought it, it was too late, plus had already been quoted. I didn't get any infarction PM or anything. I don't want to be mean unless provoked, and I guess folks could have tracked down her address and phone number using the info I did post. (I do have her address and phone number though and didn't post that, so do I get some points for restraint?)

At least this will prove to YY that I am not Untouchable, LOL.

the closest I ever came to real fresh salmon---my hubby and I traveled up around the north shore of Lake Superior----the guy in the cabin next to us had been fishing and caught a huge salmon that day and they were nice enough to share some they had cooked on the grill---

they don't get many folks from down south visiting up there---I introduced them to good ole' southern sweet tea for dinner and homemade biscuits and sawmill gravy for bfst

I used to drink shakes for bfst all the time. Maybe I should take that back up again. To me, it's easier than choking down food I don't want.

Well, that particular salmon is "all gone" a long time ago. However, this summer, we will fish again........We live on Puget Sound, and August is a very good month around here. I love salmon!

the 3 times my parents have been to Alaska---mama always makes sure they go through your neck of the woods---they love it around there

they will stay in that area for awhile then move on up to Jasper ---I think that's the name---Provincial park before they head on into Alaska---they had planned to head back that way for the last time this year---but gas prices put a stop to that....

so all their camping will be done locally

Your hubby is so cute!!!! We must all be about the same age; he looks like my hubby's buddies.

Plus he has on the same kind of jeans my DH wears! My daughter has a theory that all these guys between 45 and 50 or so (the age of most of her friends fathers) all wear "dad jeans".

They are probably Levis or Calvin Klein (loose fit~easy fit or something like that).

My husband would have on those jeans, a Redsox shirt and a Redsox ball cap. That's his weekend casual look!

AND~~~~~Here it is!

You can't really see the jeans, but they look just like your hubby's!

Magic~did I read somewhere you wanted met to get you an autographed picture of MY Jackson???????

For shame......They all stay with me, dahhling!

Sorry to digress so much........
