Amyb,

Jo and I tried to sell autographed pictures of ourselves and it didn't work out very well! She made about $.15 and I got $.005 with a half-cent tip because there wasn't anything around that could cut copper!

I have shamelessly purloined your recipes and made them into a neat little cookbook with pictures to keep in my kitchen. What good is a recipe book without pictures of food? And your pictures are most definitely food porn (the best kind of porn there is, if you ask me).

Thanks everyone for all the birthday wishes! It's been so nice to peek here throughout the day and see happy birthday wishes.

I'm working today and then after work we're going to get bunch of chinese take-out (shhh! not LC takeout...just greasy, cheap, chinese take-out) and take it to my parents' house and celebrate with the whole family. My 3 sons will be there, it's my middle son's b'day too...he's 30 today, I'm 50. It's kinda cool being 50...I just don't know how it happened so fast. I got a gift certificate from my boss for the converse website for more "chucks" but the stupid site won't put the darn shoes in my cart! When I get the site to work right I'll have 2 or 3 new pairs of Chuck Taylors!
