thank you thank you thank you Bama Girl!

I avoid soy at all costs too

Great post Mayberry but I would also add that muscle cramping LC is also oftena result of decreased free available calcium to bind on the msucle receptors allowing them to fully relax, so they stay in a semi contracted tonic state

Uhoh mine too, and I don't even try to 'splain anymore.

Maybe they need an online support group and they can talk to each other about all of us.

Oh, honey, I most assuredly did!!! Heidi claimed the pix of Lesya standing and leaning on the back of a chair looking kind of snarky. Well, when some smart duck found the picture on a Russian bride site, SHAZAM, there was an additional picture of her sitting in the chair, looking quite sweet. So, I used it for my avatar.

I cannot imagine why using a picture of "Kimmer" as my av, got me sent to banned camp?

Do you think it could've been the companion line in my siggy that said something about lies, fraud, and dangerous diets?

Katinsac....I'm confused....I didn't think Gran was a member of KK anymore? She's at camp.
angel --It's just me in my house and I make at least 2 batches a month---so it never really has time to sit around---I use it for all my homemade salad dressings, deviled eggs, tuna and chicken salad...etc

a cup and a half is really not much to have on hand at one time---

but I will tell you this---I have homemade 1000 island dressing made with this mayo as a base and it's been in my fridge for 6 months I know

Mayberry,

Now, you know that Jo is not a troublemaker; maybe, a little mischievious, but not a troublemaker. I know this will turn you green with envy, but Jo and I have had "business" going on behind the scenes this morning.

You know who the real trouble makers are.

They are on a whole 'nother level above me.

They are pros...I'm just in training.

I, for one, think Heidi is losing weight. Even with all the photoshopping, I can see that she's not as big as she was when the PI did the initial photos. She's got a lot of incentive to lose now. Is she losing it on Kimkins? I highly doubt it.

I'm with Jeanessa..I do think she is losing..intermittent KK and some cheats here and there.
However, she had a bunch to lose and it will go fast for a while...then it gets harder..as we all know.

I'm not saying she isn't losing weight since she has a huge incentive to do so now. I was 5 pounds smaller then her when i started and I dropped 100 on Atkins in less then 7 months but then took over a yr to drop the last 46 pounds, but I'd like to see her unphotoshopped pics And truth, if she is a size 6 for the next depo not size 6 shoe but McCall pattern size 6 I'll be happy to eat my hat!
