Heidi use to yell at me for eating cashews in the evening and I still went from 183# to 126# having a small amount each evening.....

I always thought that Kimmer believed that she could lose the weight any time she wanted to by using her plan. I guess she's finding out the hard way that it's not that easy.

"Kimmer" said if she had to lose the weight again...she would water fast it off

but "Heidi" is a different story---she just isn't strong enough---she couldn't even get it off with WLS

See, that's what ticks me off so much! How she made everyone feel bad or weak or like failures, all the while seeming to have superior willpower. She was drinking Cap'n and eating sugar cookies while berating her PAID members!
