I haven't read the court docs yet today. How did this morning's court date go? I wondered what Heidi was doing here this morning. I figured she was due in court any moment.

Thank you for the warm welcome ladies, but, I have posted before - it's just been soooooo long - I tend to be a lurker. However, I am working behind the scenes. In a previous post I did mention that I had done some 'weeding' so I try to contribute as suggested by you super sleuths!

I am also making an effort to post more, I want to encourage you Ducks to 'keep on paddling'

some of you get dinged pretty hard sometimes and I don't know if I would have the strength to keep going the way you all do!

Yes, that is what it means. And John T gets the priviledge of formally informing Heidi's lawyer of the ruling

And now if she doesn't comply, I believe she can be charged with Contempt of Court ... please, Jeanessa, correct me if I'm wrong here ...

My pleasure to help Barbara B, I didn't practice Kimkins, but I have heard the pain in the 'survivors'' voices and their unnecessary suffering makes me very angry. Plus, someone like Heidi has to be 'harnessed.' She is very charasmatic and intelligent and born under the sign of Taurus, but she is unbalanced (in more ways than one). She is Naturally dominating and has strong leadership qualities, other despots and madmen born under the sign of Taurus were Hitler, Jim Jones and Sadam Hussein. People like her left to their own devices can certainly create havoc on an unsuspecting public. And before other Taureans get mad - I'm a Taurus too

- I just work very hard to stay balanced....

We had that yesterday afternoon. Wild. One touched down not terribly far from us and did some property damage, but no injuries. Was pleasantly surprised to discover that we can hear sirens (though not from inside the house) from out here if the wind is blowing in the right direction.

Be careful ya'll ...keep your head tucked beneath your wings til it blows over.

I think you're right, Mom. Any time a judge hands down a ruling, it's contempt to refuse compliance. This case is totally not going well for Heidi. She basically lost on two counts today; 1) we won the motion to compel her to turn over evidence she is holding back, and 2) her attorney lost a motion to sanction John for something (can't remember, but it was really nitpicky!). If she can't see the handwriting on the wall by now, she really is living in denial.

I don't think it is any coincidence that she has started talking about another scammer who keeps taking a licking and keeps on ticking. I think she is thumbing her nose at a whole lot of folks, daring us to stop her if we can ...

Yeah, she's probably trying to telegraph that she thinks she'll come out of this just fine. I left my crystal ball at home, so I don't know what's going to happen. I just know that I'm glad I'm not her at this point. It would not make for good sleep to be in her position, and I'm a girl who likes her sleep!
