Kat....the cheat was a few days. The cheat was stupid choices. The reason that I didn't post the weight, would be explained in some of my beginning journal entries. I have said in the past, that I won't post the weight gain, because I don't like being congratulated on losing pounds that have already been lost and are just gained back because of my stupidity. I feel like that is me su ciking the support out of the forums. For the record, as of this morning...2nd day cheat free...I am 3 lbs from my lowest weight. So, that's it in a nutshell, for my only shelfish mental purpose, I don't want someone congratulating me on pounds lost that have been lost before. That's not really progress is it.

Cricket--yes, I am saying that if he wanted to accomplish something else other than a "lottery" lawsuit, there were alternatives to seeking monetary damages. But, those type of "prayers"--the term used in complaints..are not as lucrative for attorneys. It's an hourly fee...for normally "canned" complaints and filings. Attorneys are much better off to take a case on a contingency basis where if they get a 100,000 award, they get $33,333 plus expenses.

The fact that it's not a class action speaks only to the amount of plaintiffs that have signed up for the "windfall" right now. I suspect they will never get this to class action status....but...not sure.

The fact that money is held in "reserve" tells me that there is likely not an insurance policy involved, so assets have been frozen. They are frozen not as a matter of the court, but a motion filed by the plaintiff that the court approves. The approval of this motion does not speak as to guilt or innocence, it is pre-cautionary in the event that there would be an award.

**Disclaimer--This is my opinion based on what is being asked and told to me out here. I have not read the pleadings. I am speaking as to my experience in how the legal system works.

It has now become the DFHT -Dee Fascinated with Herself thread . She has been able to extend her 15 minutes to what seems like eternity.

Got this Birthday Card today and it is sooo me, lol

An elderly woman called 911 on her cellphone to report that her car had been broken into.

"They've stolen everything! The radio, my dashboard compass, even the steering wheel!!

The dispacher respnded, "Stay calm, a police officer is on the way"

Mnutes later, the officer arrived and radioed in. Disregard that last call....she got in the backseat by mistake.

yep...soooo me, lol and I don't even drink!!

Actually the DFWHT-- Actually...the Dee Fascinated with Haters Thread. So far 2 folks out here have been able to articulately state the case. Fascinated with myself...far from...but someone's fascinated. They drag my name out here. I state my case and leave. They comment to bring me back--Thanks Vickie-- I come back and they get mad. Fascinating...hardly...let me tell you no small town girl is fascinating. She is fascinated with others ...most of the time.
