Finally, some good news from the Magic Chicken Coop. Suzy - one of the very, very few paying customers over at Bonnie Luper's diet site, has a friend who is aware of the dangers VLCD's like the Magic Chicken Diet pose. Apparently, even though Suzy is still very loyal to Bonnie she is listening and altering her diet! Good for you Suzy. Now, make me really proud and demand that Bonnie refund your money!



P.S. Suzy, since your doing Atkins, you get a big ! So, exactly WHY did you pay Bonnie $70 again? Are you really getting that much support on her forum? I think not! You would be welcome here ANYTIME - FREE.

I know you don't like people posting your words elsewhere on the net, but PLEASE understand that my only reason for doing so is to try and help you and others. And, I won't charge you one red cent! For mine, I had a big piece of yummy chocolate cheesecake using 85% lindt chocolate and a yummy nut crust that I baked in the oven first before adding the cheesecake mixture and setting in the fridge

She joined in midJune of 2007 and has been active since then.

You know, there are reported losses in the same time period (or less time) of way over 100 pounds.

Even Socky, errrr I mean "Gary", claims to have lost 106 lbs and have kept it off for 5 months.
