Still no posts from Dr Evil or Mini Me today yet...

The front page pictures should be updated late tonight or early tommorrow.

I don't know about you but I am waiting anxiously for this week's home page results show. I wonder if anyone will get voted off...hmmmmm.

you know you could try getting banned at each site then taken back then banned etc and then have all your socks get banned, then taken back then banned...it could be some kind of world record

Jo---if the Laurala and Tasjon had any smarts about them they would pull themselves off the front page---or do the words "accessory to fraud" mean nothing to them....

You can do high carb low cal (Weight Watchers) or low carb higher cal (Atkins) or low carb lower cal (Kimkins). The weight loss results will be different for all 3 approaches.

This is why someone can eat 0 carb but if the calories are too high they'll stop losing.

I found Kimkins after watching a TV show entitled, "World's Largest Man". This poor fellow weighed a whopping 1600 pounds, and lost 500 pounds(!) during the hour-long show on a "special" diet. I went online to find out what that diet was and to see how he was doing today. Well, I didn't find out anything more about him, but everywhere I looked, Kimkins popped up. So I checked it out.

How can I find this "special diet" and lose 500lbs in an hour? actually I only need to lose 80 so I could do it in 10-15min.
