Just speculating here, but maybe SL is part of the backup plan? As in if Heidi goes to jail, SL will run the backup site until Heidi gets out (There HAS to be a backup site, I'm sure of it) Maybe SL is helping Heidi conceal assets in some form or another?

If Heidi ends up in jail, SL will probably end up doing time too. As it is, that's a long way off. Heidi hasn't even been charged with a crime. Yet.

I think SL is just a rotten person like Heidi and I also think Heidi has promised her big money.

Remember all those promises she was making about making TT (I think that's who it was) a partner to reward her for her loyalty?

I bet she's making the same promises to SL, if not more. And I also bet she's telling SL that she doesn't have a thing to worry about - that this lawsuit is nothing but a big inconvenience.

I agree about the backup site, I've said it forever. Heidi got a taste of money and she isn't going to stop now.

I'm not sure Tippy got smart. No longer being paid seems to have been the main reason she left Kimkins, from what Tippy has said herself in several places.

Yes, and John said in the video is that he is hoping to see charges filed "soon". Now without speculating, I will just say that I'm pretty sure he knows more about this than he is able to say. The fact that he said what he did is a very telling thing indeed.

Kimmer's latest blog entry called "Kimkins & Maintaining Weight Loss" is up on the front page. You don't have to sign in to read, just click on. It is way too long for me to repost here & it gave me a whopper of a headache trying to absorb the amount of "knowledge" she is sharing.

Knowing what we know about her and her history this is just mind boggling that she has the audacity to still offer this swill up and expect any one to swallow it.

Small exerpts:

"Based on messages I receive, it would appear that many overweight people are also anxious to add back alcohol, whether beer, wine or mixed drinks. If alcohol is a significant presence in their lives, perhaps a limit of 1-2 drinks per week as a permanent lifestyle change will prove difficult . Or impossible. Maintenance will be difficult for them. The addictive personality presents in a myriad of forms."

"Every person must make a personal decision about their priorities and what trade offs they're willing to make. Weight maintenance is an art and requires practice and discipline."

The reason Tippy left was that she didn't want to hire a lawyer and get embroiled in the litigation with Kimmer. So, she "sung" to John and he didn't
pursue legal action against her. I'm sure he will go after Delaney the same way.
Maybe he will give her a chance to "sing" also. Knowing all she knows, I can't imagine that SL would continually be embroiled with Heidi helping her along.

We shall see what happens..
