I been asking around, and I don't think anyone has heard from her. PM's aren't answered either.

I really miss her too.
It seems she just went "poof".

Red Shirt & "Vegas Baybeee" Update from the Kimpound

Well now here you go. We were all speculating about that red shirt the other day and wow (whatadda coincidence!!) an explanation popped up today on the Las Vegas trip thread discussing the matching shirts they are going to get.

"Kimmer": "Nope, not trying to make a fashion statement with a KK shirt. I'm a 100% non-fashion person and keep clothes for years (decades even, LOL!) When I find something I like (which basically means it fits, I'm hard to fit) I keep it. The red shirt I'm wearing on the front page is the same red shirt in my siggy below. Now it's too big so I did some quick alterations and changed the neckline.

I'm thinking we can all wear "something" (Kimkins shirt or ?) so we can identify each other at the brunch on Saturday. No matter where we decide to eat, casinos & restaurants are busy and we don't want to get lost!

Or ... we can wear Carmen Miranda fruit hats. Nobody will get lost then!"

Nobody asked me but I really don't like the idea of the "Carmen Miranda" fruit hats. Here's why:

1. The rotting fruit could make their headwear unbearable after a couple of hours in the heat.
2. Fruit Flies
3. Too many snacking and/or cheat oportunities
4. Too heavy and cumbersome when chasing "cabana boys" around the pool
5. Issues with bringing your own food into the buffets
6. Wearing them could cause the fruits to be absorbed into their scalps and they could stall by osmosis.(Using convoluted quasi-medical diet guru advise from Dr Diaz as the basis for my assumptions)

What will you give me to tell you about it? LOL

It was very detailed. It included everything you can imagine about the case. There was John, another lawyer from his office, a doctor, clips from the M&J show -- MAGICSMOM (You were Great!)...

They said they were getting ready to certify the class action suit and the best part -- John mentioned the AG and others and said that criminal charges were probably forthcoming!

I was getting ready for bed and just happened to check in everywhere one more time. I went straight to the video and watched the whole thing. It's about 30 minutes long, very detailed, and very professional!

An excellent interview - can't wait to see the full version - I hope they put that part in there where the Heidi says : " Is it too late to take that back? " and that smirk - that speaks volumes..

My Carmen Miranda hat would be nothing but peels, skins, pits, seeds and denuded stems piled up.

I think Heidi should plan on wearing a scooped out watermelon half with elaborately carved edges, like a warrior helment.

It would make her readily identifiable.

Satisfy her need for privacy.

Provide protection from the sun so her skin will stay pristine.

And could be cheaply and easily replaced at any buffet in case of spoilage.

Tanner - I kept waiting on it, but they didn't include it. They did include a lot of other clips from her deposition that I had not seen before.

I watched the full video last night. It was great! Magicsmom was awesome!

About the Kimkins shirts, I hate to admit this but I have one. I even tried to sell it on Ebay. No takers.

John liked that part too! Although I've said it many times in posts, somehow it has more impact when you say it. I wish they had let me go into the rebound affect KK can have on people like me (with addictive personalities). I wanted to go into how I gained back all but 20 pounds of what I had lost on Atkins after the deprivation of KK. I went into a full rebellion against low carbing for a year, and I credit the deprived feeling I had on KK. People need to know that depending on their personality, extreme plans that deprive you can be disastrous. At any rate, I'm not a very good poster girl for KK.
