Thanks, Magicsmom, for your well wishes for Macey. She isn't my daughter, she is the daughter of friends. I was Macey's ChemoAngel during her treatments. She is a very special girl.

I think I am a calm person ...I hate drama...but I can say that after reading what I have read....I am a tad scared with the paranoid feelings Heidi has with me. And of course it does not help when people PM her or e-mail her lies to make them feel important and needed.
It would not surprise me one bit if Heidi THOUGHT I could help get people to something like the MCD and then freaked out and decided to change her mind.

Amy, it's amazing how much has popped up about the "old members' and how we are trying to sabotage their efforts. The old mantra of "Kimmer is an angel", "I don't care who she is" and "they are just jealous" is all over the place. And "they are dragging poor sweet Kimmer to court, aren't they happy"? Your blogs must be hitting home.

Guess what, did you know that you and I and all the others, "can't keep the weight off and probably never lost it in the first place"? That's really odd considering at least 4 of the maintaining poster kids over there gained weight and are struggling to get it off. I myself have lost more since leaving KK in November and a few more pounds since the holidays.

Anyway I still would like proof of their losses and maintenance, like Gary's.

I have proof of my own: Mayberry and I had lunch the other day and she saw my befores and saw me personally now. So I have been maintaining without a weight gain and my hair is getting so thick that I have to have it cut every 4 weeks now that I'm not playing the starvation game....

To those still at KK. It's perfectly clear that lots of you read this thread.

Read Amyb's blogs and ask yourself "what if she was MY daughter and Phillip was my grandson?" How would you feel about Heidi then?

Open your eyes to the truth. No one is trying to hurt you. Everyone only wants to bring Heidi's wicked ways to a halt.

So, go ahead and lash out at those of us who have gone before you.

Go ahead and follow your leader: A charletain and a low rent con artist, who thinks nothing of dragging anyone and everyone in her path down into her personal hell, even her own children.

Just don't drag us old members back into it with you.

ChemoAngels is a volunteer organization. Once you join, you are matched to a cancer patient undergoing chemo who has signed up for the program. You can be a ChemoAngel, a CardAngel (sends cards only), or a SeniorAngel, whose "buddy" is a senior citizen, not necessarily a cancer patient. You don't know if you will be matched with an older person, teenager, child, etc. You then try to make the patient's days a bit brighter by sending a small gift (a book, puzzle book, lotions, etc.) and card on a weekly basis. Macey is so dear and suffered so greatly throughout her treatments, I tried to make each package extra special for her (and her brothers). I left the program when Macey completed her treatments this fall, but will rejoin now.

My personal opinion is that you are everything that Heidi isn't. You are great mom, you have a longstanding marriage, you have lost the weight, etc. She will never, ever be able to have what you have, or accomplish what you have, and she knows it! And that's the rub for her, so that's why she tried to control you.

Thank you, too, for the lovely post in Macey's guestbook. You know all too well how important those messages can be during a difficult time.

I have subscribed to Macey updates. I will make sure I keep up with how she is doing. I love the idea of the program you are involved with...what a wonderful idea. I do not think there is anything like that around here for children like Philip.

Yes, I can attest to what Jo looks like now and I did see her before pix. She doesn't even look like the same person. But, SHE is the one who did the work, and SHE deserves the credit for that, no one else!

Same thing for Amyb (and many others). I think Kimmer is torn between her desire to use the success stories from Kimkins to promote the plan and her hatred that some people can accomplish what she NEVER, EVER has - lose weight.
