What does this picture have to do with Kimkins, you say?

Check out this great analogy:

An Analogy Kimkins Controversy - Kimkins Scam

I think they really hit the nail on the head with this one!

I know he's dead, but.......

This would have been perfect for Heidi.

Trying to make her escape after she's sentenced to prison time.

He's even got the hair down.

I take back what I said about Rosie or Kathy Bates playing Kimmer. I'm now thinking Heather Mills McCartney.

My mama is doing very well right now. Much more stable. I think we were in and out of the ER three times last week, which was a trip. My mom is a hilarious drama queen, too (she always has been), so she kept the doctors on their toes.

She gives them funny names and then calls them that to their face...her oncologist is "Shiny" because he's got a sparkly bald head and her regular physician is "Amaretto" because his skin is that color and her fibromylagia guy is "the Pedestrian" because we saw him walking to work. You can only imagine their faces the first time she calls them this, add to that her booming voice (she is loud) and the dirty looks she gives the nurses whenever she gets poked and prodded and you know that a trip to the doctor's office with my mama is a memorable experience.

She's an unforgettable woman!

But she's doing well right now, thank you for asking. And I am in good spirits this week as well.
LOL! Your mama sounds like my aunt! She's been gone many years now, but she was a real hoot! And at our New Year's parties, she would dance her a$$ off. Hello, Aunt Mary, if you can hear me!

Glad it's a good week for you Jeanessa. You deserve it.

Kimmer -
Kathy Bates or Rosie O'Donnell. Both can play evil and I see them being willing to wear a skull cap for such a juicy part.
Those would have been my choices as well. Both can be snarky, too.

Quote:
Singing Lass -
Patrika Darbo or Kathy Kinney. Patrika has been in lots of things, was/is on a soap for years and can really play a snark. You may remember her from a Seinfeld ep where George got Elaine to flirt with his boss in a bar so that he could slip something into his drink. She was the red-headed co-worker that got snippy with Elaine. And, of course, Kathy Kinney was the deviously evil Mimi on the Drew Carey Show.
Umm, I'm not much of a TV watcher and not familiar with either one of these, so I'll pass.

Quote:
TT -
Holly Hunter. She just has a Jeannie-like quality to her work.

I think you are right on target here.

Quote:
Jeanessa -
Ticia Campbell or Queen Latifah. Both have plenty of character and attitude, just like our bud Jeanessa!
I vote for Queen Latifah. I have one of her CDs and I think she is great! Good actress, too. A righteous woman!

Quote:
Gary -
Jimmy Hoffa or Marvo the Magnificent.
Both of these guys are experts at disappearing. Take your pick!
I don't know enough about Gary to make a call on that one. Some great choices, Mayberry!

Gary should be played by a dummy or perhaps a string puppet. He has no personality.

But actually... I've always had way too much cleavage, I can't really avoid it... it's always the last to go and the first back on for me with my weight.
I know what you mean, I saw some pretty wild photos of her, all taken BEFORE she got the LOST part. I wasn't really happy about them, either.I guess in showbiz you do what you have to do to finally get THE role. I remember being slightly shocked at some of her photos prior to LOST. Oh well, I guess I'm a 62 yr old from another generation. I remember blushing a lot during my life. I guess that doesn't happen all that much anymore?

No!

The fabulous Devine is much too fierce (I mean that in the Tyra Banks, ANTM way) to be Heidi.

emo is short for "emotional".

they are like a tamed down version of gothic if you ask me.

My kids call me the "happy emo".. because I make them talk about "feelings" and I smile alot. (oh, and I wear black fingernail polish!)

Lola---a reversal is really not an option for me. Each surgeon makes a decision about how much small intestine to bypass and some even remove part of the intestine itself. I happen to be one of those would not only had a large amount bypassed I had part of my intestine removed. Did my surgeon inform me of this. No he didn't. I found out when I got all my records. Because of my history of bulimia--to hopefully ensure a "successful" surgery ---they did what they did. Successful in the eyes of bariatric surgeons is ultimate weight loss. They don't give 2 tiddlies whether you are sick as a dog in the process. Most of the problems I and others are having are deemed " minor side effects" not complications.

Where a normal digestive track has 20 feet of small intestine for nutrient absorption---I have 5 ----I've got a good team of docs and they are all very aggressive in their treatment.

sorry y'all for going on and on--but I'm still in the mode about all of this
Oh my goodness! I knew bypass WLS was major surgery had serious recovery time, but I never knew there were malnutrition caused issues. I guess I should have known better but it seems like every time I watched a show like Oprah, when they discussed WLS, they sort of glossed over the problems and focused on the weight loss~ at least the shows I remember~

I wonder if the people that think WLS is 'cheating' ever think that there may be more 'after effects' than weight loss~

Sorry you're having these issues.. feel better soon!
