Ladies...
I wanted to ask a quick question....
I am working on something for my blog.. I am looking for certain things to add to my blog. Is it okay to post something in my blog from another blog or site..if I say where it came from?

Also...I think there is a reason that Heidi banned me THAT day. There was NOT ONE thing I did that day to cause her to ban me...so very odd. I also think Heidi is IN on the chicken diet and I think she changed her mind mid stream with it...for some odd reason. The owner of MCD wanted me and my pics...and then things changed with the group being scrubbed and then had a fit about me posting there.
One thing I have learned...with Heidi Diaz...there is always a reason for what happens.

Hi Linc- If I am reading your meaning you are saying that the his join date would not work for Bonnie to have met him while in the service. But it seems you are not factoring in that he only joined the Navy in 1970, that doesn't mean she had to meet him in 1970. She could have met him years later. For example: in 1980 as a girl of 22 or 23 y.o.
I am not sure how long he was in the service, but maybe someone else knows that bit to see if the timeline would work.

Your ex using an alias? Now, see how useful these internet search tools can be.

Has anyone checked the WLS BB's? Maybe Bonnie did have surgery and met Heidi on one when she was posting and gleaning menus for her KK site. I ran across one called bariatric eating when I was searching for microwave porkrinds!

Amy make sure you say something like so and so posted this on their blog ( with a link to their blog) and make sure you quote them accurately.

most taking stuff folk usually leave a note in the commnets section about how they liked what the orginal blogger posted and were linking and quoting it on the takers blog
