No excersize also seems like something a doctor would tell a person that had WLS, because the amount of calories is too low. I can't see a normal doctor saying yes its ok, just be sedentary, sit and eat your magic chicken and the weight will fall off.

once again not trying to pick apart your post---

but exercise is one of the main things Bariatric surgeons preach---they have you walking multiple rounds in the hospital right after surgery---and no the calories are not that low---correction---in the first few months they are low---but by six weeks you should have increased your calories drastically

The following day I started my google search of Kimkins and low and behold this site was the first to come up. I can not tell you ladies how glad I am that I read here first, and I have you all to thank. I didn't need to search any further after reading just a few threads, I knew I would never, never try this plan. To this day the conviction and dedication of the ducks simply amazes me. I continue to read here daily and thought it was time I said thank you to the wonderfully relentless ducks...you ladies are fabulous
Wow. It really helps to hear we've helped someone. Thank you so much for posting that. Welcome!

Thanks, O2BME! No need to lurk - jump in and talk! And help!

New people, if you need ideas on how to roll up your sleeves and help, you can run through the recent contest posts. The contest is over but it's never too late to file your complaints and to pull those pesky weeds! After all, it's about results, not contests. Thanks for the help!

Agreed. I don't think everyone who feel for her story and pictures thought of that!

And judging by that watermark on the site, I'm guessing that the owners wouldn't be too happy to see their chart used by someone else.

The other reason it doesn't make sense to me that MCD is in cahoots with Kimkins is why would MCD give AmyB a free membership then???

I mean if it were really Kimmer, wouldn't she realize it was the same person who she felt was annoying her on kimkins??? Why then give her FREE access to your new site so she can annoy you in a brand new place???

Just doesn't make sense to me.

so keep up the good work and check out the blog here

we do have some hard headed sites but keep on bombarding them---maybe they will get the picture---there is even a handy little standardized response you can use to get their attention

I may be wrong here, but I seem to recall that AmyB said that when she looked around, there was no activity~ like maybe she wasn't given full privileges or something~ or there was another 'hidden' BB or something~

Yes! There is a nice video in there too about how to file a complaint with the FTC even if you were never a member of KK.

I had to drink yours - it was getting warm. Now I gotta start all over again.

AmyB - I was going to tell avenuegirl to make you a video today on how to make Cleo's oopsie rolls, but there were too many people around and she won't do it with an audience (go figure, she'll put it on the web in front of a bazillion people but she won't shoot if a couple of other people are in the same room.) She had to make the rolls anyway ( the eggs were taken out last night and had to be beaten) and second time around was not only a charm but perfectly shaped, and slid right off the foil she cooked them on. So you must just give it a go!

She will be making a video, but she is waiting for all her fans to get out of the way first. What a primadonna.

AS for the membership...I am not sure. I actually did not ask for the membership. I just wanted to take a look at her site before I paid to join. And she wanted me to come in and post my pics...then when I started asking questions...simple real questions. She changed real fast.

The first time I went in..I was there for maybe 5 minutes. Just to check my log in...I may of even had to log in to activate my info. There was many post in the forums. There were people in each place posting..everything looked normal.
Then the next time I logged in...it was empty. No one there...nothing....and even Bonnie was not there.
So my thinking..what changed from the first log in to the sec?

Yes I agree....I NEED someone to make them for me....and if that is not going to happen...which I now know it is not..then a video would be perfect.
Doesn't she care I NEED these? I have needs too. lol
Oh and a drink would be really nice..

help me out Marisol---my brains in a fog here
