Hi LOLA,

That is a good idea. Why don't you go and do that yourself? We all have a lot do do here and I would be curious about what you found out. Will you please post what you found out? Thanks.

Delurking to thank the Ducks..

Last Thanksgiving I decided that it was time to get back on the weightloss horse and try again. A family member had mentioned that a mutual aquaintance was doing Kimkins...something I had never heard of. She explained that all she knew of the diet was that it was similar to Atkins but lower in fat and calories, and that our aquaintance had lost a lot of weight in a short period of time.

The following day I started my google search of Kimkins and low and behold this site was the first to come up. I can not tell you ladies how glad I am that I read here first, and I have you all to thank. I didn't need to search any further after reading just a few threads, I knew I would never, never try this plan. To this day the conviction and dedication of the ducks simply amazes me. I continue to read here daily and thought it was time I said thank you to the wonderfully relentless ducks...you ladies are fabulous

You were smart to investigate first. When I joined, there was nothing to investigate.

Thank you. The HAIR GODDESS? You all should have seen it when I was doing KK. I thought i would go bald. I'm sure at least 5 lbs of my loss, was from hair alone. Thank God it grows back, when you stop starving yourself!

NO! NO! NO! There is a big difference between being crazy, and being a con. I believe she is a sociopath. To me, "crazy" means that you don't really know what your doing. Heidi takes advantage of people, and knows it, she just doesn't care. She is the only one who matters in her world.

I know people get away with murder all the time.

So even if they try to play the "mentally unstable card" Evidence proves that someone incapacitated (sp?) would not nearly be able to pull such a thing off, I get it!

One of her family members has said she's done jail time in the past for other cons.

Thanks for the welcomes.

I don't think incompetency will come into play with Heidi. She has made far too many calculated decisions to be considered incompetent. I do believe she is a sociopath, narcisisst, and a few other choice words, however even with an official diagnosis it has nothing to do with her ability to make appropriate decisions. JMHO.....

A lot of people don’t realize there is a lot more to losing weight than just the diet. It’s not just the chicken. You do get to eat a lot of other things. I just named it that because when my grandson went to the store with me he would always ask me if I was going to get some more of that magic chicken. I also wanted it to be a healthy type diet weight loss program that anyone could do, so after putting it all together I had asked several doctors about my new plan and they all agreed and said they felt it was an excellent, safe and healthy weight loss diet plan and as a matter of fact I was told that this would be really great for anyone with diabetes in which my husband happens to have.

This magic diet lady is giving the impression that someone, has given her a play by play, what to say as to not to get into trouble type of spreadsheet. So she covers all her bases. Probably for a small profit on the side (could be under the table money for kimmer?) It would seem really weird if this woman was just an innocent bystandard trying to make some money off her hard work. You write from the heart if that is the case, this sounds like you want to cover your behind. Very interesting!

I thought everyone wanted to talk about this, yet no one is talkin!

No, THANK YOU! You have obviously taken some time to familiarize yourself with what is going on instead of asking a million questions.

BTW, do you have any questions?

Pretty hard to do that when alot of posts are made about things not even related to kimkins. Lots of airplane jokes and such, you get the point.
