From this blog: Coffey To Go Jody's Pumpkin Bake . CarolynF brought this recipe to LCF about six months ago. The recipe she posted was half of this one, and it claimed to be four servings. Those must have been some HUGE servings!! I get twelve good-size servings out of this recipe (which would be six servings of the original recipe). It's good for breakfast or dessert- and the non-low-carbers like it too (so no problems using up 12 servings in a few days!). CarolynF hasn't posted a recipe yet that I have made and not liked. (If you absolutely, positively must have pancakes- CarolynF has a perfect recipe for pancakes using Carbquik- which I will post later. I'm trying to stick to induction-friendly recipes for the month of January.) 16 ounces cream cheese, softened 10 eggs, room temperature liquid Splenda equivalent to 1 cup sugar 30 ounces canned pumpkin, two 15-ounce cans 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice 2 teaspoons cinnamon Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 13 x 9 x 2" pan with non-stick spray; set aside. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Blend in remaining ingredients until well-mixed. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 40 minutes, or until center is firm (doesn't jiggle when you shake the pan). Cool, then chill before serving. Serves 12. Per Serving: 220 Calories; 18g Fat (70.5% calories from fat); 9g Protein; 8g Carbohydrate; 2g Dietary Fiber; 218mg Cholesterol; 174mg Sodium. To make six servings in an 8" square pan, use: 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 5 eggs, room temperature liquid Splenda equivalent to 1/2 cup sugar one 15-ounce can pumpkin 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Shoot...Maybe it's not it. When you said "Blog" hers came to mind. She has great recipes.
I see now it was about "Clouds" or something. Nevermind. I think I just had a Brain "Fart". Carry on. ![]() |

Those things you thought of after the interview would certainly make a good blog post as a follow up to the interview itself. |

I guess when it comes down to it...I did the best I could. It may of been best that I did it so soon after being banned. Because the feelings I have now are so much more ...what is a good word...PISSED OFF...with heidi and now singinglass. The interview may of needed to be R vs PG...ha

I was especially struck with the concept of Kimkins as some kind of magical place -- that her adherents are stuck there because they somehow think that if they leave, they won't make goal. That was brilliant, Amy. It really helped me to understand why so many stay. |

I figured out what I was trying to say earlier. I wanted the interview to come from my heart and not my anger. I so hope that is what came across. I know bo matter what a person says or how they say it will please everyone...but it was from my heart...and that is what counts.

Nady~
Hood changed it's product name to Calorie Countdown but it's the same stuff. Low carb milk that is actually very good. And, I'm not a milk drinker! |

My dds have looked over my shoulder for months now as I've read the FWK threads and I was showing them your house and pointing out that it was now that beautiful blue house and that this must be the before picture. It almost doesn't look like the same place! |
