I am doing Walk Away the Pounds DVD every morning, Joyce Vedral DVDs in the evening, and callanetics every other day. Right now I am at 199 and hoping to be 130-140 by end of July.

Hello and Good Luck with your goal. He sure will be suprized, huh? You can totally make your goal eating on plan and exercising.

To me, your menu looks good. Some say the shakes should not be used as a snack but it fits in your daily numbers / allowances so I think it will be fine. The calories might be a bit low, but I do not know since they are not listed.....someone else might know more about the cals for shrimp and talapia off hand. Be sure you take a multi vitamin since you are not including veggies.

CONGULATIONS on your GREAT weight loss so far. You are doing good keep it up.
Your menu looks good, just PLEASE REMEMBER to eat when you are hungry and do not starve yourself, the plan is not design for that.

Just saw your posting, and have to agree. Add veggies and make sure you have vitamins on board. Woman cannot live on protein alone! haha.

I was arguing on a thread where Gary wrote up some kind of article on keto sticks (they really don't care Jill) and he was saying they are not useful, while I on the other hand (just hit the delete key already) said they can work. And then I fished around for other posts of Gary's that I could disagree with.
