I think Gary was real at one time, and that was probably him that did all the work. However now all he does is say "I am maintaining" or he just posts stuff from all over the internet; inspirational passages, cutsey sayings and recipes. He cuts and pastes them directly and that is about the extent of what he does. Probably on the whole, less than 10 posts a day. Just my humble opinion. Okay, I am reading the document... and laughing at Heidi and TT. They are both a piece of work.
I have a question that maybe somebody here can answer. Did Jonny Bowden ever post at Kimkins? |

I still think it's a sockpuppet with Brandon/Heidi taking turns to post. Heidi probably paid Brandon to help with the board transition stuff, and he did that as "Gary". JMO. |

Well, she needs some help with the grocery list to get the costs down. She really needs some advise on how to eat on a budget, like us "common folk". Skinless, boneless chicken breasts, pork tenderloin, albacore tuna, instant coffee, pre minced garlic, artichokes, asparagus, fresh mushrooms and radicchio????? Things that make you go hummmmmm. |

We shared a few PM's that weren't very nice actually... I thought he was pretty much a jerk at the time and stayed away from him after that. But.. at this point, I no longer put anything in the "impossible" category when it comes to levels Heidi will stoop to. ![]() |

I agree, Mariasol...I don't think Gary is real. He might have been at one time but he was never paid like the others (to the best of my knowledge) so therefore, I think it is one of Heidi's sockpuppets. I also still believe Brandon knows more...just playing dumb to CYA. Mommy probably convinced him she could beat this and if he plays dumb he will be safe.

I agree also. I can't believe that Brandon is playing the "I don't know" card. Come on, he's in it up to his eyes too. The apple... ya know. |

Did I read somewhere in that paperwork where there was only 20 people at the Kimpound? Need to go back and reread again.

Brandon is learning a lot of the "tricks of the trade....scaming trade that is". Wonder how long before he trys something? I mean, if Heidi is broke now (yeah, right!), Brandon is going to need play money...lol. He has been exposed to scams all is life through his Mother, how can that not rub off? Maybe if he'd stayed with his Dad and the rules but with Heidi? Only a matter of time!

CASA and Foster Parent are two different things. I did verify long ago with the CASA program in Riverside County that she was definitely not a CASA. They would not comment on the foster parent issue, but referred me to the State of CA Foster Parent Licensing board.. who (off the record) never heard of Heidi Diaz. They were unable to officially tell me yes or no, but when I told them about the foster kids fundraiser, they became INCREDIBLY interested in who Heidi Diaz was. The last time I talked to them (about 2 months ago ish?) they said there was an active investigation and could not tell me anything more... so we don't know "for sure" if she was or was not a foster parent within the last 5 years.. but I got the impression that answer was an informal "no". |

They are two separate things. A foster parent takes children in and takes care of them on a daily basis in their own home. A C.A.S.A. represents children who are in the foster care system. They are the child's advocate to ensure the child's best interest is being seen to. They go to court with the child, not as a legal advisor, but as an advocate to ensure the child is not being railroaded into a situation they don't want to be in. For instance, if a child wants out of a group home or foster home situation because of abuse or problems, the C.A.S.A. works with the appropriate agency to take care of it and see that the child gets moved. They attend all the child's doctor appointments, including psychologist, visit with them weekly in the foster home or group home, and are basically on call 24/7 if the child needs them for something.

and they say they don't check up on us
A week ago today I started bringing up the fact that "Gary" didn't credit his thoughts/quotes for the day, recipes etc and that the Kimmer blog has a serious problem with cut and paste with no credits either.
Well after a quick look-see it seems that "Gary" has now started using credits and on the Kimmer blog they are listing sources. And you say you don't read over here... ![]() |

We are all walking the walk every day that we keep coming here, that we keep on the pressure, that we seek honest answers and that we don't give up.

I agree Jeanessa BUT..... it was you that took that FIRST step. Please give yourself some credit here. You got the ducks thinking, digging, and DELIVERING. Heck yes, we are proud of our work!! We were/are thinking outside the box and got results. But you really did take the first step to get your 39.95 back. (it was 39 right?).And by the way, you look wonderful today ![]() |

Jeanessa, Lots of people are working to get it done, but as I was reading the information from John T. last night, I told my husband that Heidi messed up when she didn't give you your money back. Just think of all the things she would have gotten away with if you hadn't started the journey.

Jeanessa, everyone has worked hard throughout all of this but you really did take the first step that lead to here. I still lol when I think about the posts of you telling Heidi to send your refund. Heidi has got to be kicking herself for not just sending you your money. heh
