As far as Brandon not having a bed.. who is to say that that's even true? Or that he didn't want one or that he liked his "broken" bed (define broken.. no frame? maybe he liked it on the floor.. ) or did she mean the bunk beds that he had in his old room that he took the bottom part off and used the underneath area as his computer station? (Pics of it were in his video thingy on myspace). That's only "broken" by a loose definition considering he even said somewhere that he liked it (on his corrupted canvas website I believe). So that whole thing is just another "spin", I'm sure.

I had heard that he was having some severe slippage problems (couldn't stay up) due to his Ban-Lon elastic roll being splashed with the Capt'n so much.

Yes, we did call it early on! I said from day one there is no way she was a C.A.S.A. If you believe the agoraphobia story (I don't!), then you know that there is no way she could perform the duties of a C.A.S.A. They go to court with the child, go to the doctor with the child, visit with them weekly wherever they live, and have a lot of footwork to do outside of those activities. But I always thought that Heidi was far too selfish to be a C.A.S.A. anyway.

I came to the KK saga a little later than most of you, but as I read back through the AK archives, I couldn't imagine that it was even possible for one person to do all the stuff she claimed she did - CASA, foster kids, volunteering here and there - she'd have to be 3 people to do all that!

And the real kicker was that in spite of doing the full time work of at least 3 people, she somehow found hour upon hour upon hour every day to post on LCF? (And I know I missed a lot of it, because I wasn't here when she was holding court in the main lobby) And then once she started KK, she had time to post there practically around the clock?

That was the biggest tip-off to the beginning of her lies. Took it all too far. It might have been almost believable without all the extraneous lies that claimed she was doing more work than it would be possible to fit into a 24 hour day.

Until the PI photos, that is.

I think Kimmer missed her calling, she would have made a great writer of fiction and she wouldn't have her sizeable 'assets' be the subject of so much fodder!

For someone who was known for reading others PM she certainly did forget that her words could haunt her. Apparently she didn't think anyone would keep her writings for future reference!

I just meant that coming in so late, I don't have any idea of the sheer volume of posts she made on here back then, even though I know there were a LOT more than what showed up on AK, and she supposedly did all this while doing numerous jobs and outside activities that would have easily precluded any possibility of spending that many hours on LCF, even if she never took the time to sleep or wash down a sugar cookie with a tumbler of Cap'n.

And you've got to be one big loser of a mother, when your own kid doesn't even have a bed to sleep in. I mean in my 20's I was dirt poor, and my kids always had a bed to sleep in.

I totally agree Lynn. I didn't understand what Tippy could give to the lawsuit that was either; pieces that were *not* already knowledge of the case or could pieces that couldn't be dug up if needed. But the immunity is for this case, only.....hmmmm....maybe that explains why Tippy has now said that she recognizes the dangers of the kimkins diet plan and now she has people telling her of those side-effects.

And those, because there is more than TT, who had knowledge of the fraud or the potential that there was fraud being committed, before they took their Admin/staff position at Kimkins, really should be viewed differently than those considered to have been duped or victimized by Heidi.

They may like to lump themselves in that group for the pc sound of it, but the facts will all come out in the end and in my opinion they should be viewed differently, not just by us - but by the legal system.

But we aren't done digging yet, there are just so many things that aren't making sense.
Some times things/people are not always what they want us to believe.
