I don't believe her for one single minute. It sounds more like a white person trying to sound black. BUT they are trying way too hard.

Did anyone notice her photos were taken down off her blog after I mentioned that it was strange that they were all studio photos? Things that make you go hmmmm. I'm sure someone has copies LOL.

You get the picture...... I could go on and on about the psychology of a sociopath, but I wanted to list her common behaviors, and why (in my opinion) she reacts to others the way that she does.

I am not a psychologist, but I have taken many university courses dealing with psychology. This is my opinion, but it has been formed based on many,many months of observation.

It's hard to analyze such a mentally unstable individual, but most sociopaths are textbook. Plus, I'm going with my gut.....

The bottom line is this; She projects all of her behavior, self hatred, etc. onto everyone else. The only way she can ever feel GOOD about herself, is to bring down others.

She hates her body, her failure to be successful losing weight, and her lack of discipline. So, she projects that onto others by being snarky about menus, or being critical of behaviors, etc, all under the guise of being some sort of weight loss guru.

This gives her some sort of superiority over her OWN demons. She gets a payoff, or she wouldn't keep doing it.
Her digs about eating plans, too much fat, insecurity, needy behavior et al, are the very things she loathes within herself. She invented an IDEAL Heidi, called her Kimmer and became someone she WISHED she could be. Of course, she created an illusion and a fantasy.

If she feels she has failed in any area of her life, she will call out others as being failures. This is the only way she can live with herself.

She is (or she believes that she is) above everyone, yet she will stop
at nothing.

Her attitude is almost always patronizing and hateful; although it is sometimes veiled in wit and seemingly kind words. The message is nothing short of snide, defensive and ugly, nevertheless.


Using AmyB and Amy's son to spew her hateful words is just beyond evil.

I've been disgusted by this whole drama, watching the fraud unfold; but this is about as inhumane as it gets.

Almost all of us are MOTHERS, for goodness sake! This is SACRED TERRITORY in my book.

At the end of the day, Heidi will sell her soul and everyone in her life out. Since her kids aren't sacred, neither are ours. That projection thing again.


Heidi is not above anything. She will lie, cheat and steal forever and a day, as long as it benefits her.

She probably thinks, in her twisted mind, that she can beat the lawsuit. Why in the world does she still have that website up???? She's totally been exposed as a con artist, fraud, lying lier that lies, etc. Where is her dignity?

She believes she can continue to con. She believe she is untouchable.


Shame on her.

Exactly. I hate the racial implications that a post like Fawn's infers. I don't think that my persistence against Heidi has been any different than just about everyone else's. I may go about it in a different way, but I think that is unique to me as an individual, not necessarily as a "black woman".

I'm sure you have heard the old saying about Nero fiddling while Rome burned.

All she has are words. Remember they are only words and they can only hurt you if you choose to let them.

She outlived her usefulness to Her Royal Highness Heidi.

That is the same mentality & justification used for thousands of years to lock up dissidents and throw away the key or to execute someone simply because they dared to stand up for the right thing.

Amy, be strong. For your own mental and physical health and that of your family, you've got to hold on. Hold your head up high and plow through this. This too will soon pass.

jeanessa - I LOVED your blog. You said exactly how I feel. I left a comment on it too.

I see your persistance as being that of a fed up consumer activist who saw what needed to be done and you stepped up and did it, and I think everyone here (the ducks at least) is very proud of you and supports you in all you have done, and the race issue would never even have come up, except for fawn using it.
