If that's true, Heidi's attorney may be as corrupt as she is. Especially since most (?) of these entities were formed *after* the lawsuit was filed. He had to know that at the very least it would *look* like she was trying to dissipate assets.

6) Cottle has filed a frivolous demurrer, which John is confident will fail... they are attempting to also set aside the writ, and John is optomistic on that as well, but the motion to set aside the right to attach order is totally up to the judge.

The demurrer was pretty funny, it's more of the same "pot of gold at the end of the litigation rainbow" hyperbole we've come to expect. Nothing substantial.

I find the part about Pugh interesting as I always thought her lawyer and team we maybe not on the up and up. I would think any decent lawyer would not touch her and her "story" with a 10-foot pole!

I think Brandon knows a lot more but I do not think he really has had any say in anything Heidi has done so I guess he could claim ignorance in this case. Wonder if he got mad when he found out there were payments going to him he was not getting? If I was 18 and someone was suppose to give me money, I'd want it!! lol

Day 26 Done...anyone know if she has stopped receiving the SSI? We do know she was receiving it when she started and in June 2007 but her Lawyer may have had her stop the payments to protect her from some fraud. If SSI is anything like the IRS...the payback will NOT be cheap...these people slap so much interest on things that the average person needs to give up their first born to pay it back! lol

And little birdies have told me she's been dabbling with Stillman's plan to maintain. You see, she is no different than the rest of us, and the KK plan is no different than Stillman's. It should be a very short term way to get started or break a stall - they are by no means a WOE that is sustainable. The problem with KK is that they lead you to believe it's a WOE you can do long term. I suppose that's true if you are anorexic, but most of us can't do it. Heck, Heidi can't even do it.

You have touched on something that jumped out at men when I was reading the court docs. She apparently created affiliate accounts in Brandon's name, and under several of her aliases. In my report to the IRS, I mentioned this. I think it should be something that they would want to investigate extensively. In creating fake affiliate accounts, she reduced the tax liability of the company AND she evaded income taxes by paying money to another name, but actually paying herself. I hope they nail her to the wall.

I don't think she cares one iota whether her son gets dragged into it or not. I have come to believe she is the incarnation of evil and as much as we have learned (yikes!), I believe there is more that has not been uncovered yet. It gets worse with every thread here, now up to 14! Just the thought of her and what she has done makes me sick to my stomach.

On the Chicken lady's real website, in the FAQ, she says that she's starting a new website.The question was, are current members going to be allowed to go to the new website, and she yes. Then she said she was going to open a new website that would be free. I have no idea what the difference between the websites will be. It sounds like she's going to have three different MCD websites.

I think she's talking about all the speculation here and on the blogs. It's pretty easy to find if you google Magic Chicken diet. Why would you think Bonnie doesn't know what the person was talking about? It's all over the place and most of it isn't nice. We know people have e-mailed her asking what her affiliation with Kimmer is, if there is one, too. Bonnie knows all about the questions people have about her and her diet. She knows about Kimmer now too, if she didn't (as she claims) know about her when she started her own website. What I thought was strange was that it looks like she's specifically trying to address the problems people have had with Kimkins, like the laxative use. I don't know why anyone would assume people on her diet would want to use laxatives unless they think her diet and Kimkins are the same thing.

There are more similarities between her diet and Kimkins than not. She chose to feature chicken as her primary foodstuff, whereas Heidi left it up to personal choice. But it is a VLCD - low carb, low fat, low calorie - and that's why she can't ignore the Kimmer-type questions. Next she will probably make a disclaimer that her diet can be used for overweight teens only under a doctor's strict supervision. (I would, if I were her.) Am I tempted by her MCD? Not on your life. Following Kimmer's saga is all the drama and avoidance of malnutrition anyone needs. Moreover, nice a lady as she seems, she has neither the charisma nor the brass thingies to lie as convincingly as Heidi.
