Quick answers to your questions:

1. Yes you thanked me.

2. No more clothes, right now! I put the brakes on my weight loss. I did do the diet until December but I was never extreme or nuts about it. I did it to suit me, I guess it was more like cycling. A few days with a few regular LC meals with maybe some beef, extra veggies or cheese to even things out. It's funny I knew it was a VLCD when I went in and I knew what would probably happen. I think I was just more lucky than most that I didn't have any major problems. I need to lose ten pounds more but have had so much going on in the last few months I decided I need a break and my husband enforced that. I am maintaining well right now and doing a sensible LC plan.

3. As I said in an earlier post it was really hard for me to just walk away. No more posting after the end of November. My mom passed away 10 days before Christmas & I was away from my computer for about a week and had time to think. I did some research when I got back & I was so disgusted at the lies and the way that innocent people were conned that I could not stomach it anymore.

4. I am still a member and lurk every once in a while just out of curiosity.

Yeah, I know. But when I read Amyb's blog today I just got so ANGRY

thinking about the people who've helped Kimmer get by all this time.

I know I''m not going to hear from Tee-Pee Toes. I'd love to think she'd prove me wrong and be a decent enough person to answer some questions for me, but I know better.

There is just this absolute, certain feeling I have that Heidi and Bonnie Luper are connected SOMEHOW. I want to find that connection as much as I wanted to see the red-dress "Kimmer" picture found.

Maybe someday....

Amyb - Thank you so much for changing the colors on your blog!

Maybe it's just my age, or maybe the way this monitor is set up, but the black background with the gray lettering was really difficult to see.

Okay guys..I'm not ready to write a novel yet; but my story is festering within me, and I will write about it soon.

I just want you all to know that I NEVER joined the KIMKINS group, I never paid her....however, I relied on her advice via this board.

I still have "Ask Kimmer" bookmarked from way before I ever even joined this forum.

I thought she had all the answers, and that I was a fool; a failure who couldn't maintain or lose weight fast....I was strong and had willpower, but I would slip up with some salad dressing, or splenda or cream or something. I started hating myself. Why couldn't I be like that pretty "MILF".....(yeah, I remember that, along with the retin A advice, and the staying out of the sun crap). Why couldn't I be that glorious and strong????

Now that I look back, all her advice about weight loss was the same as one would find on the Pro-Ana message boards. 500 calories, epsom salts, dieters tea, low fat, low carb, low everything!!!!

I sincerely believe I have an eating disorder because of the advice I followed via Kimmer. I'll do a blog, or post more later. This whole Kimmer thing screwed me up, eventhough I never belonged to her site.....
