Actually, when you see the profile picture of her on her website (the one where she's dancing with her DH), you can see that her chin is pretty loose. I think the frontal shot hides it well.

Are we looking at the same woman?? Bonnie has lots of wrinkly skin, but thrusting her neck forward de-emphasizes her neck wrinkles. Pushing with her hands on her hips also takes up a bit of the slack around her middle. I think her weight loss is real, but I'd hate to see her naked upper thighs. She carried a lot of weight from her waist down, and I know mine look pitiful after losing a lot of weight. It all depends where you carry your weight.

If you go to the front page of findinarticles, their partners include articlesbase, articlecity, ezine articles, isnare, spiderden, and article99. I know isnare and ezine didn’t seem to have their hands tied when it came to removing things.

I wonder if these "partners" all know how findinarticles runs their site.

It was on that blog that she had up for about three weeks. You have no idea how many PMs I got from people asking me what her problem was. But she really ripped on me for gaining after Kimkins. It's a good thing you don't remember it, as it was not a shining moment in civilized society. I know that I am not alone in this issue. Lots of people have trouble with control after all that deprivation, some more than others, and I was really in rebellion against low carb for about a year after KK. I didn't want anything to do with it. I'm fortunate to have found my way back. I wonder how many don't, or worse yet, use anorexia to maintain their losses. What really brought me back was gaining, then remembering that I had lost 103 pounds on Atkins before the name "Kimkins" was a gleam in Heidi's greedy eye.

I know a lot of folks on here microwave turkey pepperoni in to little chips and slices of cheese to make little crackers..........haven't tried it but I hear they are great! Also good for crunchiness is celery sticks........a little fat-free cream cheese tucked in or some PB2 added on................don't think they are 100% legal...............but, hey, they keep me out the chip bowl!

Kimkins is "as much as needed for your recipe" and I include pork rinds in that group. Judge for yourself what you should eat calorie wise to get the weight loss results you're looking for ... be careful about add on and dips.

i have a question: i have been in ketosis for about a week and a half now.......we are talking deep purple keto stix!
well......
Today I met a few friends at a happy hour after work and I think I blew it!

Although I did very well with the food considering it was a Mexican restaraunt, ( grilled shrimp and chicken fajita strips), I think I really messed up when I ordered a diet coke and Crown Royal!!!!! I know.....I know....no alchol in KE! I know!!!! I feel like crp now!

Hopeless defense: It was about 3 oz of liquor and a splash of diet coke...mostly ice. Do you think I totally knocked myself out of ketosis? If I did do you think I will still continue to loose until I get back in? Itried to drink like 100oz of water afterwards to flush, but I think all it did was make me tipsy! I never got tipsy so fast.....off one drink! I could usually go rounds and rounds and not feel a thing!

WHAT DO I DO NOW!

BTW:
B- 1 HB EW
L- 4oz baked tilapia fillets
D- grilled shrimp(7oz) and chicken fajitas (2oz)
S-sf jell 3.5 oz

I know it is low cal....bt I just don't have an appetite!

Not to beat a dead horse (or dead chicken), but looking at her after photos, it seems to me that she couldn't have lost 160 lbs and not have any extra skin around her middle. I have a friend who had GBS and lost 120 lbs, and she can't wear skinny tops like Bonnie wears. I'm thinking she didn't lose as much weight as she claims. Just sayin'.

Good point and I kind of agree. I did the math and 305-135 she claims to be now is 170 lbs and I'm not thinkin so. 100-125 MAYBE. Not 170.

A variety of situations may be considered fraud in the SSA programs. Some examples are:

• Receives Social Security Benefits for a child not under their care
• Fails to notify SSA of the death of a beneficiary and continues to receive and cash the checks of the deceased
• Conceals their marriage or assets from the Social Security Administration while receiving Supplemental Security Income payments
• Resides overseas and is receiving Supplemental Security Income Payments

Concealing Material Facts or Events that Affect Eligibility for Benefits

It may be considered fraud if a person makes a false statement on an application or does not tell SSA of certain facts that may affect benefits. For example:

• A person fails to report that they are working or have returned to work.
• A person fails to report they are in jail.
• A person fails to notify SSA of the death of a beneficiary and continues to receive and cash the checks of the deceased person.

You can find a list of all the challenges here. Also plenty of weeds still need pulling.

I fully agree with angel -- this is the mcd lady herself writing on the .net site. She is trying to take a jab (albeit unsuccessfully -- really quite lamely) at yucky et al.

Oh, and when I open that site it is pretty much a blank page (white) with some ads down the side and this blazened across the top: AdSense Ads Are Illegal on Weight-Loss Sites

I have to scroll way down to see the nonsense pics and posts. Is that how the site appears to everyone else? I'm asking because the first few times I went to check the site out it looked "down" to me and I assumed that the drama was over. I finally scrolled down one time and found the hoopla.

That's what I'm saying....It's obvious that she lost weight, but I don't think it's as much as she claims. That "before" pic on the website is just way too grainy and distorted-looking for me to believe it's her.

Good morning! I know that many (ok so most ) have been anxious for an update from John. I spoke with him and this is what he has shared so far. Some of this is already known, and just restated for clarification and to keep the timeline and discoveries coordinating.

1) We have now officially taken 2 depositions of Heidi Diaz and 1 deposition of Brandon Diaz. Brandon claims to know nothing.

2) We have learned that while Heidi was profiting from the Woman's World surge et al, she was still accepting payments from SSDI and Medicare.

3) She is still currently making money and still in business, however we have acquired new information that affirms the belief towards her concealment of assets.

4) We have uncovered evidence of more fraud and false advertising.

5) Brain Pugh is a non-attorney who formed Sharp Plumbing LLC, Halcyon Web Design, LLC and the Beauchamp Trust. He is also an employee of Bert Cottle, counsel of record for Heidi Diaz.

6) Cottle has filed a frivolous demurrer, which John is confident will fail... they are attempting to also set aside the writ, and John is optomistic on that as well, but the motion to set aside the right to attach order is totally up to the judge.

This is all that he has given us right now, he is still working on a public statement which we hope will be very informative. Keep your eyes open for that coming soon! Have a wonderful weekend, and keep pulling those weeds .
