I didn't see anything new myself--but then I check in fairly frequently....

I'm just waiting for the judge's decision on the attachments...and that won't be until next month...

Let's not forget that shrimp and crab are higher in sodium so you'll stall on that too...

Another fav of mine...A gal asked what she could do to keep from "tasting" and licking her fingers while she was cooking dinner for the family. the Demurrer has been off the calendar for quite awhile now---but then I do check in frequently for updates...

Since I posted before and am still getting some wild e-mails and PM from other sites. Let me add a few more things. Then you all can get back to doing your "work".

For those who doubt...here it is.

No I am not a Duck or Mole. Never have been .

Do I know some of the main people here....Umm...yes...most were at KK with me .

Am I involved with Heidi? Well not in the way some people think. As I have always thought and now have proof of through e-mails and PM's....Heidi hates me for some reason. Why? I have no idea. Maybe because I am Amy B.

Am I involved with TT? Well did I mention I was blunt? I say it like it is. Yes I know TT and yes she signed my son's guest book. I appreciate any prayers Philip can get. He so needs them all.

Am I involved in a business deal with TT or Heidi? Never have been. No idea where this has come from.
I was a simple KK girl . I wanted to lose weight. Made friends . and ended up with way too much grief.

So No Amy B is not a Troll, A duck, A mole, A money making will do anything person. Amy B is a person who wanted to stay in Kimkins . Right or wrong. That is how I feel. And I am working my way out of that. Like a bad habit.

I just have to share this...Amy B ( Cutie ) e-mailed me one day to say hey and ask about Phillip. I sat there and thought...why would I e-mail myself..The came from name was same as I used. I even went as far as to say...Did I e-mail myself..and she e-mailed me back and laughed.

Then the night I got banned..I was wearing Amy Jeans..from eating low with Amy. Love her left over clothes..great taste in jeans.

So maybe we can blame the Amy's....Amy B warned me about my name...lol

I think I have dissipointed anyone who is on here today from Kimkins to see what I have said..Take notice ....Amy B has yet to say anything negitive.
