I remember cutting my calories every way I could since everybody else was losing tons of weight (or at least they said they were), I thought it must be me. So, yes, I remember limiting my cream. I considered a cup of coffee in the morning and one when I got home from work my "treat" for the day. It was about the only thing that got me through it. I measured the cream and added it to my calorie intake which was very little I'm sorry to say.

My favorite "advice" was to measure out the non-salad veggies, loosely packed, in an empty plastic jello cup. Or just one "finger grab" of salad. If you saw a slight variation on the scale or "stalled" and weren't losing 7 pounds a week then maybe you were getting too many vegetables! Cut back. Go on K/E and then get some laxatives to get ya movin. Yummmy! Epsom salt "lemonade" was a fav as I remember.

Never followed that one.... green veggies were not what packed the weight on me in the first place.

Yeah, and what makes me mad now is the ones who say it was our fault -- they were never told to do that. I guess all of us who seem to be fairly intelligent must not have any common sense if we believe what they say about us.

My heart breaks for you guys that relive this nightmare each time some dimwhit posts somewhere telling you that it's your fault - that they've scoured the Kimpound and Kimmer NEVER said that

That is so not true. Don't believe them.

Like Prudentia posted on her blog, one day they will realize how lucky they are that they weren't her chosen ones ... not the ones she decided need "special" advice.

That's why I got suspicious of Kimmer way back before these FWK threads. She would shoot you down for walking 1/2 hour per day to lose weight (200 calories per day) because it would take you 18 days to lose a pound. Then she would turn around and shoot you down for a tablespoon of cream in your coffee and tell you that is why you are stalling.

Using the same line of thinking, dropping 50 calories of cream would cause you to lose 1 pound in 70 days, which doesn't sound like enough to stall you!

Looking back on all of this now, it's obvious that Kimmer is just a bully who gets enjoyment out of keeping people unhealthy. Just like she is. Misery loves company.

What used to really get to me was the people who were foolish enough to make their Fitday (etc) public. When they would get frustrated they would beg for someone to look at it and tell them what they were doing "wrong". It usually resulted in a piling on by the experts.

Things like this made me want to scream:

"I see you had a glass of tea? Cut out the sweetener and the wedge of lemon, it is fruit you know...that makes me stall."

"Lunch meat and cheese? Well, you know we really can't have deli meat and are you having that one piece of string cheese? That makes me stall..cut it out."

"No dill pickles HUN...they make me stall, you know that 1 carb and the salt and all." Same for a couple of olives.

"DO NOT eat more than one SF Jello a day...that will stall you." (or the LC yogurt)

"Maybe it was the teaspoon of slivered almonds you had on your salad?"

"Are you sure that clear chicken broth was fat and carb free?" "You know sometimes people use a carrot, onion or celery to flavor it and that causes me to stall."

"When I have steak I always stall for 3 days."

"Are you putting too much cinnamon on your egg white oatmeal? That can cause a stall. Try cutting out those spices you are using...I know they don't have sugar in them but all spices have carbs and that could be why you didn't lose 3 pounds overnight."

Then you'd go back to their Fitday a few days later. Either they were eating virtually nothing or they were gone.

That surprises me, frankly. To think that AmyB would even have the focus to talk about about the Kimpound, which she has defended so wholeheartedly, particularly while he son is lying in a hospital bed, deathly ill. Does seem so out of character for her.

I'm curious, though ... if the other member said what she did via a PM, how would you know what she said? Or do you go by another name over at Heidi's World? Perhaps with a few more,um, administrative privileges?

Thanks, MomToEli! Thank goodness I never got any personal advice from Heidi, but I did follow some of the information posted by people who were successful at losing their weight. I had LC'd in the past, so I didn't take it as low as some, but it was still low enough for the hairloss, confusion, leg cramps, etc.

If I get leg cramps again, I hope it's from kicking Heidi in her big photoshopped rear end!

Yes, but you'd really have to work at it, and you get a couple of warnings before the big boot. Besides, it's free. The most you lose is ... nothing.

I am not even going to begin to TRY to say what this or that person wants me to say. For a long time ...I have not known who was really my friend or not in this Diet world. Until Sunday night. My friend went beyond what anyone else has done with Kimmer. She spoke to Kimmer and expressed her opinion on me being banned. Now we are both Banned. She did not need to do that but she did. Her name is Slick. And she is hurting also.

There are things that have been many things said. Some true. Some not. Rumors have started and they make me uncomfortable. So after 11 PM and or e-mails about this from just this morning. I decided to come here and START to clear some things up.

Do you think if I started a blog anyone would read it? We shall see.

I know many are against Heidi. I am VERY upset with her myself. But as silly as it sounds I am HURT with her also. As someone said. I have always deafened the Kimpound . And in the course of doing that...I have accepted things that I NEVER thought I would.

So my blog will be about healing, feelings and the truth. It may upset some. It may make me look pathetic at time. LOL. It may shed some truth on things that we all have been asking about.

As you most know my son is very sick. I have always put him and his medical care first. But I have issues with this topic that I need to clear up. So I will use this blog as some use drinking. Ha.

So can all of you give me a while to work on the blog and get started? I am not sure how to even start one. But I will by tonight. Heck I have nothing (well not much..lol) to hide.

Most who know me will tell you. I am blunt and say it like it is. I will do my best to clear things up.

And BTW if anyone knows why I got banned...please share with me. lol

Take the time to heal and reflect, but know you are welcomed anytime. Many have went through the stages of believing kimmer, defending kimmer and then accepting that kimmer is just a figment of Heidi Diaz's imagination.
