There is no doubt in my mind that they alter these photos, and there's a very good reason they're so small and taken from so far away. Just Heidi being Heidi.

My thoughts are that even if she gets down to her goal weight, it will not affect the case at all. She's being sued for fraud, not because her plan doesn't work. It is a proven fact that she was claiming to be a 118 pound woman when in fact she was more like 318. She cannot prove that she ever weighed 118, except maybe in Junior High. Her goose is cooked.

I guess I'm thinking that there's a huge difference between someone walking into the courtroom who's successfully lost all that weight and someone walking in who hasn't. Watching her testify about all the lies she's told about being a weight-loss guru would be a lot more compelling if it were coming out of an obese woman's mouth. You know? Of course the fraud is still there, but I think that proving that her diet works might give her a tiny bit of credibility. I sure hope that isn't the case, but I do wonder if it could happen.

I don't think it would have any effect on the case one way or the other, except the plaintiffs can point out that the only reason she lost weight was that she got caught. The law is pretty straightforward and things like this don't matter. Ted Bundy was a great looking guy, and Jeffrey Dahmer was good looking if you like that type. The law considers what you did, not how you look.

Yes to me she has a wide bum and in those new pics is feverishly trying to make it look smaller!

According to those pics, her weight is falling off her bum, hips and thighs almost exclusively, I am not buying it!!!

I had the same thought the other day. My guess is her lawyer told her that she better lose weight.

I don't know how much it will help her because at this point it seems her goose is pretty much cooked, but I do imagine it would be better for her case (to whatever small degree) to walk into the courtroom 100 something pounds versus 300 something pounds.

Her before picture taken by the PI that magic just posted, compare that to her latest pic, there is no way that is showing only a 57 pound loss, she's 5ft 7 not 5ft!

I want to show a picture to demonstrate what I am talking about. This is a picture of me when I was 30. I resized it to pixelate it. Look closely at the shape of my face and hair. Even though it is blurry from the pixels, you can see how everything matches up. The lines are even. In Heidi's pictures, the edges look like puzzles with pieces taken out. I think that's because pieces have been taken out.

Sherrie, in the past two photos, the neck area did not look natural. I think they did some slicing and dicing on the double chin and trimmed off some stuff on the neck.

That's what makes me think her arms were altered. The color at the end of her sleeves looks like the same thing around her neckline. Plus, her arms just aren't their usual "stubby" selves.
