Well, ducks, I've started a blog and I've included a short post on our favorite subject. All you bloggers out there - is there an easy way to add links, or do I just have to add them one at a time? I am woefully ignorant about protocol, but I'm expecting to learn alot pretty quickly.

Uhmm Hey Heidi,

Last time I gave blood I weighed a lot more and my cholesterol was 248. Now, thanks to a healthy low-carb eating plan I was able to give blood again and my cholesterol is 212! See, hon, sugar cookies and Cap'n Morgan aren't that good for you. Diet coke isn't an antidote!

But, poor Heidi, you really are pathetic. You will never know the joy of doing something for someone and not expecting a darn thing in return. How's that working for you?

With her extensive knowledge of what's safe for ALL diabetics, I really do hope she knows that water (diet-coke) fasting off a couple hundred pounds while diabetic wouldn't be too smart!

I doubt she's tough enough anyway. Maybe she just doesn't want it bad enough.

Yay! Thanks for linking to me -- I've added a link to your blog too. Getting links to your blog helps up your page ranking, which in turn makes it easier for people to find you. If you google Kimkins now, her site comes up first, but it's immediately followed by links which lead to sites that tell the truth. I always link "kimkins" or "kimkins.com" in my posts to kimkinslawsuit.wordpress.com or kimkinssurvivors.wordpress.com. Never directly back to Heidi's site. Most people on the anti-kimkins blogs will link to you if you post a link request. At least a quarter of the traffic to my site comes from these blogs.

As for your own blog roll -- I do it manually. You can go to "dashboard" then "layout" then click on "add a page element" on the sidebar, and select "list of links" and add them from there. Alternately, there are widgets you can use that will make it easier, like at BlogRolling - The best link manager for your weblog and more!. You would add their widget to your sidebar by going to dahsboard-page element- add page element and select "html/javascript" and just paste in the widget code. Hope that helped!

Ultimately, no matter what happens with the lawsuit, Heidi will face some measure of justice because of the whole disability/medicare thing. They *will* make her pay back every penny, and it's entirely possible they'll fine her and possibly prosecute her as well, if she balks at paying them back. She can't weasel her way out of this part of her fraud.

Congrats on your blog! I wish I could do it, but it is all I can do to hold down a full-time job, keep up with the house and chores, (although I admit I DO have some help), and go after the bad guys (like the 30-day contest). Frankly, I haven't gone out socially for the past month and a half or more. Haven't seen a play or other event in months and months. But I applaud all you bloggers! You are doing a great job and I am trying to keep up with everything.

Heidi: WATCH OUT, GIRL! Your Goose (Duck) is cooked! I can't believe the agencies, who have received all our duck petitions, are not looking into all her finances. I can't even freaking believe we did this. Us Duckies. Are we great or not? Plus the fact that the blogs on Anorexia are incredible. Let me tell you, I was in my eye Dr.'s office today and picked up one of the magazines, I think it was called In Style. As I paged through it, I was astonished at the thinness of the models. I showed it to my husband, and he said that that has been controversial for many years. These full-grown women had the arms of a 12 year old child, I swear! Thin, thin arms. Breasts almost non-existent. Sunken cheeks. Legs that were not much larger than arms.

I want to lose weight, but I NEVER want to look like this. One of the pictures was really eerie, because they had painted dark eye shadow around, above, and below the eyes. I swear, the models looked like they just came out of Auschwitz. Is this what we are trying to encourage as a fashion look? I might as well put my finger down my throat because it's disgusting and makes me want to throw up!

good morning everyone! i went to youtube to look for a topic, and while there i decided to type in low carb friends. i thought maybe there would be some funny diet videos, though i didnt think the name would match this site.

there is a video re kimkins, and the lawsuit. did you all know that? i didnt type her name in, so maybe there could be other videos that way?

i havent noticed any threads here lately re the lawsuit, so maybe many of you already know that this video exists??

anyway, maybe it will help people diet wisely.
