So how many ways and how many "bonuses" can one express for an online weight loss site? At that, she invites visitors to drop in to see her in person. Heidi was "too shy." (And Bonnie will be too busy if her insurance duties take hold.

Maybe her husband was trying the old " make everyone feel sorry for her" approach, sort of reverse advertising to arrive at the desired result. Too bad it doesn't work. It was really rather painful to skim through - I don't read much drivel on the net by choice. Shoulda stuck to that!

I went to Bonnie's sites and I wondered which one of her kids designed them?

Chicken diet? Puhleeze! I remember doing this diet when I was 15 years of age. That was 20 years ago! I failed miserably and didn't look at another chicken for months!

I noted that too and that is why I said that something was scheduled at the court with sealed docs yesterday.....got rescheduled.

You are right about the KK wording and MCD. And the lose weight fast used to be a kk one too.
I haven't checked out a reverse phone number yet to see who it belonged to...

I did a reverse phone number lookup, and can't figure out their connection to MCD. I didn't want to post their info here to protect their privacy, but I cannot figure out why the MCD people would post that phone number.

My take on the dot net version is that it is there just for the adds to make money? I have no clue who it really belongs too though. lol ETA: They do seem to know a lot about Bonnie's personal life though.

Went back, sorry I did. I really don't think this stuff has anything to do with Kimmer. However, I think for someone to get hold of those photos and keep such close tabs on Bonnie, has to be someone close to her and this "reverse psychology" advertising is done with her consent. It's a BIG FAT YAWN!

Okay, I went back to MCD dot net and looked at it with a fresh eye. I pulled out my Barney Fife detective badge and these are the clues I came up with (sniff!)

1. The writer(s) of this material is a fan of Larry the Cable Guy.

2. This is an attempt at reverse psychology to drive up membership for the diet site.

3. Ownership - smonwnership. The Lupers are in on both sites.

4. I suppose there's a chance that Heidi is in cahoots with these folks, but I really doubt it. She's not gonna share the limelight with anyone. She'd sooner give away free shots of Cap'n Morgan all night. These folks are just trying to make a buck. At least they aren't claiming a doctor's okay for their diet.

ETA: SMP I see great minds think alike!

Hi all... have read pretty much every post from thread #1. Usually don't have anything at all to add to what's said here, but just had to comment on the MCD thing.

My take: MCD lady and hubby are mad at YY posting the menu pdf and digging into their website, thus throwing off their business and taking away their chance to make millions.

Look at the way it's written - very tongue-in-cheek, like, Yeah, Bonnie should have stayed fat because that's healthier for her. She should have never lost the weight. Shame on her for even trying. Etc...

And they use a lot of the "badbad" type references that YY uses a lot.

I don't know if I'm making much sense here, but it just looks like a dumb attempt to try and make fun of YY because they're mad at them.

But what do I know?

I thought along those lines too Bufo- in regards to how whomever is writing it wants it to be a slight to Yucky's blog.

I think all the references to yucky and the Bad Bad....and then commenting on the "comments section" of yucky's blog is so over the top to make a jab at Yucky.

Just like Kimmer does in the passive aggressive way of -
"I hope you don't stress eat"
or
Having a sock puppet that is really southern sounding but too over the top
or
using a person's screen name other places to imply that person made the comments
or
the hidden meaning in her sock puppets names

That's my take on it, too. They're using a lot of the terminology used by YY and other posters. It's not done well at all but I think that's what they're attempting to do.

ETA. Has anyone taken a recent look at the FAQ on the real MCD website? There's some interesting stuff there, especially the last question. I don't know what to think.

If it turns out she herself isn't the poster, or she hasn't put her husband or someone else up to it, then yes, I do feel badly for her. But, if as Marisol said, the site was in the name of the Lupers that isn't looking too good for Lupers, and then anything but. Of course, it is possible that her husband is a dog and doing it behind her back. In that case, send him to Florida. I hear they have coyotes that eat dogs down there...
