I believe you when you say you weren't referring to Lola but can understand why she thought you meant her.

For what it's worth Lola I don't think you're a troll. I haven't been following this thread religiously lately like I was, but when I was, I did not feel like everyone with a different view was classed as a troll. In fact, many times I have seen people be very welcoming and accepting to people with initially different views or to people from the kimkins site and I guess just like you get irked up by the label "trolls" I get irked up by the label "haters". I think it probably depends on the way you come across to others just like how BG just came across to you, it is very easy to misinterpret peoples intentions on an internet bulletin board.

Cheryl I am not an expert, but like 2big had said last night, Heidi's hands seem not to be in a relaxed/normal position. But yes her arms seem to be held unnaturally away from her body....Like a big muscle bound guy walking around the gym.

Maybe her body was up against those arms, but got shaved away on the computer?

I pulled her blue dress pic and added it to compare. It is difficult to really see because of the dark color and angle. But it still gives a more natural look to the hands and arms in that picture in my opinion.

I think it is because, firstly her body is tilted to the side a little giving her a lot more width but also the bottom part of her stripped top goes in where the black top flares out some, giving her a more blocky/straight up and down appearance.

Has anyone made this observation? Heidi's eyes look like Damian's in the black blouse picture compared to the red shirt one. Maybe, contacts, but definitely weird.

Don't forget in that picture she is young and possibly has yet to have a child so gravity hasn't been so harsh on her and childbearing/breastfeeding hasn't robbed her of her fullness yet but also if she is pregnant with her first child the pregnancy itself could be having an effect on her boobs.

I think it could possibly be her, would love to see a larger pic against the one she has next to it.

What came as a huge, I mean huge, shock to me was the posts I read about the new member on the front page. The member looks wonder and I think she truly has lost the weight. She does appear to be legit in her success in losing the weight.

Her plan was to do bootcamp for a week, K/E for a week and then get right back into Kimkins. She is doing KK with exercising/weight lifting and to say the least I am deeply concerned that she is doing more harm to her already struggling heart.

I have no idea on the effect of weights and heart failure but in regards to very low calorie diets and weights it may be a good thing in that I assume, it would keep your muscles stimulated and thus help minimise muscle loss but you would have to be careful about burning out and take it slowly.
