My vet told me outright that it was only going to get worse, and I "needed to think" about what I wanted "to do." In other words, decide to put him down. I scoured the scientific literature and found a few references to CoQ10, along with taurine and L-carnitine. I started him on all three, and right hand to God, within a week he was like his old self. His CHF was under control, he had energy, he got his appetite back on a full-time basis -- it was amazing. I knew that this was just clinical health, his heart was as much of a mess as it ever was, and he wouldn't survive it ... but for the rest of his life, fifteen months or so, he lived as a normal cat. Can't ask for more than that.

After being on Lipitor, Plavix (can't take aspirin) and heart muscle meds that backlashed with nervous system symptoms, I think the next thing to a Paleo diet is the healthiest there is, and Dr. Atkins can be made Paleo w/o much effort.
So imagine if you are a KK'er, have worked hard to lose 56 pounds, and some idiot heart doctor told you to lower your fat and take a fistful of meds that might hinder your weight loss. What are you going to do?

Its bugging me to death since the hidey-nighty pic was posted here, but I am pretty-sure-almost-positive that I've seen that picture before. Does anyone know if she has posted that pic somewhere before? I can't think of where I may have seen it and there's so much to go back through...

Here's the thing: It's a photo of a woman coming out of the bathroom for crying out loud!! Like the sort of thing a frisky boyfriend or hubby would take.

For one thing, I guar-an-dang-teeee you I would never ever post a photo of myself on the internet, showing me in my nightgown with my bazoombas barely covered, headed out the bathroom door.

Not only is it tasteless, but it's (IMO) another lie to add to John's nice fat folder of lies. Keep it up Hidey....you are digging yourself in deeper with each passing day. Nice work

ITA. Who the he** would post a photo like that? It's obviously a home-grown photo taken by (1) a boyfriend or husband, or (2) taken by the woman herself and sent to the BF or DH. So how did Heidi come to obtain it?

First you said bazoombas!!!

And yes, I think it is a bathroom too. When I thought magazine I meant like a True Stories or soft porn type publication. It almost reminds me of the cheezy marketing that was done for the slasher movies that exploited woman in the 70's era.

I was looking to see if it was a hotel, because I got the impression that it was a hotel bathroom. It is difficult to make out but it appears that there is a standard mirror over the sink behind her. The door is open but if that is supposed to be a mirror behind her how is it not reflecting the end of the door and the space behind the door?
Is what I am saying make sense?
