My guess is that's exactly what she'd do. She can easily take them to a check-cashing place, which will charge a fee to do it, but even with a check-cashing fee taken out it's still money in hand. She probably is desperate at this point. The majority of her assets are frozen (let us hope this continues), her disability payments have probably been stopped, and she's even lost that piddling $150 a month in alimony she was extorting from her ex. She needs the money, and she needs it in a way that will fly under the legal radar.

I feel sorry for those unsuspecting people who do not know her history and send her one of their personal checks! If Heidi is stupid enough to use the personal information off of someones check, I hope it is someone who reviews their statements often and is a fighter and will notice right away and go after her.

OKay. My huibs is not doing KK, but I called the doctors office and of course got voicemail, so you guys are my last hope here.

He is on a number of meds including Glucophage and glipizide and something for blood pressure Zocor I think and soemthing for cholestrol and an aspirin. Yep they have him on everything I think.

Well, I know what to do to raise his sugars but what else can we do to lower them? Not over time, immediately. This morning he had a little too many carbs. Last night his levels were like 62 though and then he had a snack and went to bed shortly after that. Well, this morning he wanted Chick-Fil-A OKay not the best choice fries (not a lot though) and a sandwich on a wheat bun with about 7 ozs OJ and 7 ozs milk. Within an hour they were 236 and 20 minutes later 259. I am freaking out. He has shutdown. Asleep on the bed. I am hoping someone reading this can help.

No, today's hearing was originally scheduled for March 26th. It was moved up as a result of an earlier ruling. Heidi's still scheduled to be in court today.

Well, if he's truly ill, then obviously call a doctor! There's nothing you can do at home to immediately lower his sugar, other than make him get up and walk around, and that's not going to help much.

Otherwise -- diabetics, like us carb-challenged people, need to stay away from white carbs altogether. Fries are out. So is that "wheat bun" because even if it's whole-wheat, it likely still has white flour in it somewhere. Same thing with breaded meats -- that breading is probably white flour. The orange juice is out completely, for all intents and purposes, it's pure sugar.

It would be pretty hard to come up with a worse meal for a diabetic. Milk contains lactose -- a sugar, OJ is pure sugar, fries?, bun? When I was eating like that, 260 was about the norm for me. My fasting sugars are now in the 80's, post prandials are between 100-115 unless I have my occasional calamari salad, for which I pay with a PP glucose level of 143.

A scam sandwich.

This also implies that she lost weight to begin with. Huh? If so, where are THOSE pictures? Why didn't she ever use real after shots showing all this weight that she lost and then gained back? She claims she gained all her weight back after the WW article came out because she was sitting at her computer eating sugar cookies. So, according to Heidi, when she started her website, she weighed at least 100 pounds less than she did when she came clean. I don't believe she ever lost any weight at all. Why aren't people who go to her site wondering this? And if she really did lose the weight back then, what's to stop her from using pictures from then as progress pictures?

Kat we have contact many of the businesses Heidi is an affiliate for with no response from most and others saying they didn't give a rip---she was bringing them in money....

Forget that, call the ambulance! Diabetic coma is NOTHING to fool with!
