Mrs..I have a bug in my adobe and for me to be able to read the docs I have to hold down my "control" key until the box comes up with the stuff...you might try that. Actually, it's a pop up block somewhere that I cannot find yet.

Thanks, but I think it was something to do with the site maybe updating. I couldn't even sign in. It wouldn't accept it.

justkim...thanks...we don't know if that is it or not yet. I was improving with PT and then kinda went backwards the last two weeks with the new exercise she gave me so it just might be that. waiting for radiology to call with an appointment...I'm just hoping it's old age and I just had a bad two weeks, lol. I'll let you guys know if and when.

I went back and read the court docs and for the life of me still didn't see where it said she paid for the Russian Bride site...

Kat: Could it be bursitis? I had that..ouchie, ouchie, ouchie..I took some meds and let it heal..but still moved it slightly so it wouldn't freeze up..It took several days to feel better.

I didn't see if before either. I asked if Bama meant that the Clexus employee, Aliyair (sp), was paid in essence to post the pic because he was the one upgrading the site when the picture was added.
But it was late last night when I left my comment and Bama probably won't be around today. She can tell us what she meant or where she read it when she checks in, but I wanted to let you know I didn't recall reading that either.

I hope the shoulder is not going to be anything serious.

Just catching up! It's so nice to see results from the contest happening already.

I saw some comments at the end of 13 about how people who had side effects can join the lawsuit. The way I understand it, this first lawsuit (I'm optimistic about more!) is about the fraud. People who joined her site who were defrauded can join. That means people who were lured there with fraudulent marketing, people who were censored there, people who were banned... those are the claims that are relavent and wonderfully easy to prove in this lawsuit.

Of course, heidi knew they were fake whether or not Aliyar was the one that found them.

That is right OYB that the lawsuit is based on the consumer being scammed because Heidi committed fraud. She has admitted to it in the deposition, according to the court docs and it has been shown by all the fake success stories we found. Then the damage in this case is the membership fee because the court considers that a damage.....the money a member lost by believing Kimmer's lies and by being wrongly banned.

It is not for recovery of any medical/health or other damages, which then would have the obstacle of proving that health damages stemmed from the diet. This is why Heidi was not concerned with a lawsuit when she was spewing her comments to Christin in that email or to others because she was under the idea that the damages would be so hard to prove. She didn't anticipate a class action lawsuit based on fraud.

Can't help you, I'm just as confused. But the registrar changed from the Lupers to hostmonster on 02/04. Who knows who is actually writing this stuff. Could be wonderwoman. The pictures are all on Bonnies MySpace, I believe.

Am I the only one that feels a little bad for the Chicken Lady? That's some pretty nasty stuff being written by her "husband."

And did anyone see the last comment in the chat part of her candle site.

But, seriously, there is some pretty strange stuff there too. It IS being moderated though, because the duck droppings from a while back are gone.

Ok, but then would that means either-
1) the lupers are behind the posting and just changed to hostmonster
2) the lupers sold the domain to someone (ummm...Heidi) and that is who is writing.
3) the domain was just set-up under the luper name and then went to hostmonster, but they are not affiliate with the "new" site

But didn't the original MCD site also recently go through some changes? The dot com one?
