The Old Army Cook (aka Martina) sounded more like a guy than a gal, but that, again, could be misleading. It must be a slow Sunday! Because I'm missing a whole lot of clues and frankly, I don't care. People who talk in circles have OOO's to say.

I'm not sure, but I think you can just sign up and give yourself any name you want to. Maybe, the 2001 is another clue.

so I used that tool.
I think it looks like a better bra and some support undergarments....In other words not KIMKINS but SPANDEX

I don't doubt she's lost some of that weight. Not eating will do that for you. But for someone who's at least 120 bs overweight still, that's an awfully dramatic difference for just 3 lbs (?) of loss.

That aside, look at how TERRIBLE she looks! Bags under eyes, skin is pasty ... another Kimkins success story.

i don't believe she's doing kimkins at all.

and i would have to see another video (or someone else's pictures) before i would ever believe she's lost any weight---and even if she has, i still say it's not from doing kimkins.

she's not tough enough for it.

I doubt it's photoshop. Her face looks much younger and less double chin/jowls, etc. She actually looks really good.

She probably isn't following kimkins though. I bet she is on a medically supervised diet and has a trainer.

I sincerely doubt she has a trainer - she doesn't exercise, remember? I would bet she is not followiing any diet at all. She overeats when under stress, as she's admitted many times. Photoshop has been used for ages to take out lines and other facial blemishes.

That would be a 13 pound difference, which would barely show. I think it's a combo of Spandex and photoshop, taking the picture further away and wearing black.

It's hard to know what she is doing for weight loss. I doubt that she is doing HER plan cuz she has way too many eating "problems" to stick to that plan.

apparently we are looking at 2 different sets of pics.....

as for working with a trainer....you have got to be kidding ....the closest Heidi comes to exercise is

"pulling" the wool over everyone's eyes
"lifting" pics and content from other websites
"tossing" back cap'n morgan
"dodging" the creditors
"running" from the law
"shaking" off the sugar sprinkles
