Just curious how Brandon can claim to know nothing. Perhaps before all the information started coming forth; however, I seem to recall that, after Hector was contacted and Brandon was being warned on this site, Brandon posted somewhere that he had seen an attorney. Now, since that point, he has had knowledge. And, surely he questioned how "mom" could buy a house and 2 new cars? I just don't think he is that innocent. Just my opinion.

I believe you are referring to the Kimkins Danger blog where someone had contacted Brandon in an effort to "warn" him about the business happenings and going-ons of his mother. Brandon did respond that he had contact someone for legal advice and he also claimed that he was only aware of things after his father, Hector had called him. That was around the same time if my memory is correct. But at that point, yes- it would be difficult for him to say he was not given reason to doubt the situation.
I also agree that Brandon was more aware, but you know I have to say that Heidi has fooled the best and with it being his mother and his age I even see where he overlooked things. Not saying it is an excuse, only stepping into his shoes for a moment. But I do still agree that his innocence in all this is not feasible in my opinion.

Hi Elloise- For some reason the 17th or the 20th pops into my head for the date of his deposition. Maybe Brandon's deposition was either not that revealing, not really needed based on the information already gained or was not shared for some other reason.

Yes, I do agree that his age and it being his mother (and especially if he is seeking mommy's approval), that he did not question things he should have. It is so sad that a mother would drag her children into her scam.

Remember how when somebody (Just Ducky? The TRUTH? Can't remember who it was...) was blogging about getting an invitation to the private chat for KK mods? That person would have been a Judas to the KK side, right? Blogging the truth, while having an inside track to private KK stuff.





Not that it matters - as others have pointed out, there's nothing being talked about on these boards that's not public knowlege anyway, the whole thing was only a diversionary tactic, because apparently we were getting a little too close to the truth (whatever it may be) on MCD.


Anyhow, I'm just saying that pointing out that there's a "Judas among us" doesn't mean that the Judas is against US, this one might be masquerading as a KK'er and actually on our side.

I know many have already filed a report. So you are way ahead of the game. You can always take the time to update your report with more current information. Or choose to send in pictures to go with your report. Or better yet, submit the report for placement on the front page.

How do I file a Ripoff Report?

1. Select the "File Your Ripoff Report" button.
1. Enter your e-mail address
2. Enter a password

This information is required so that you may come back at any time to add additional information to your report.
Once you give us the required information, you're ready to file your Report.

1. File your Report, which consists of 6 easy steps.
Your Ripoff Report consists of 5 main parts:
1. Give all the Company or Individual's vital information, names they go by, complete address, phone numbers, e-mail and web address.
2. Title your report using descriptive words, describing what they did to you.

What makes a good Ripoff Report?

The report should be relating an honest, factual, and impartial story. Make your statement as objective as possible.

Report both sides to the story. Saying, "Joe Schmoe's company --ks" is neither informative, nor respectable. Reporting a false statement can get you sued.

Use any details such as names, times, places, tape recorded evidence (where legal), pictures, and witnesses statements, that will reveal the facts and support your Report. These items could be submitted to us to be made a part of your actual report...



How can my story be featured on the Home page?

Some stories will be picked for the front page. To be eligible, your story needs to be especially convincing. A clear photo, drawing or cartoon that's related to the RipOff subject is required by e-mail or snail-mail. After submitting your Ripoff Report, e-mail us what you have at frontpage@ripoffreport.com

How do I send photos to go with my Ripoff Report?

1. You need to scan your pictures and send them in a jpeg format
2. You need to tell us what sentence or paragraph to put the picture before or after.
3. You should also give us the caption that goes with it.
4. You can send us as many pictures as you want.
5. Send them 1 picture at a time by e-mail in the order of importance.
6. You must fill in the e-mail subject with the following information: PHOTO for Report (copy and paste the web address of your report)
7. Your photos need to be clear.

I'd admire you being able to cut back. I never could. Had to go cold turkey ... just while you are going through the physical and mental withdrawl have little conversations with yourself about how if quitting is doing this to you, imagine what smoking has been doing

It was utterly ridiculous. Stranger comes in, says they're supportive, writes crazy messages, claims to know things, starts a blog, scraps it 2 days in.

I personally feel it is not worth wasting time with. If there is a "spy" here to be outed I don't understand why someone would say that and not take action to help. So in my book they are not helping and are just here to pot stir.
