yes and if I am reading it right---John won that round---the documents were filed but are sealed....

I've been trying to figure that out too. I think (and I could be totally off base here) I have deciphered what's going on. Heidi's attorneys are trying to make the Writ of Attachment (that has all her assets seized) go away. They filed something saying they were doing that. John wanted to oppose that, and in order to do that, he attached some documents to his opposition that Heidi's attorney considered confidential. John needed those documents in order for his opposition to make sense, so he asked the court to accept the documents and keep them sealed, but keep them with his stuff so the judge could see what a lying sack of poo Hiedi is. So Heidi's attorney's panties got all in a bunch and he said, "Well those are confidential and you can't use them like that, and I was skiing anyway." And the judge said it was OK to include the documents in with John's stuff as long as they were sealed. I think.

It's a bit too soon to say they are doing something. Jerry Brown's office sent me a very similar letter at the beginning of their investigation, and then sent Heidi's lame response. I answered them back and got a response that basically said they can't do anything more for me. I take that to mean that they cannot force her to do anything, and technically, she already offered me a refund, which I refused. However, that does not mean they are not considering criminal charges for fraud. It's time for John to take over and carry that ball.
