can someone please give me a quick recap on the status of the lawsuit, kimkins website, etc?

Anybody who has ever used Facebook - and that includes Heidi - may be disgruntled and peeved that that info never really goes away when you leave Facebook.
That's the thrust of this article in today's NY Times:

Whatever, the message is clear. If you don't want something ever revealed about your private life, don't post anything about it on Facebook. Ever! AAMOF, that goes for pretty well anywhere on the net.

sometimes those search engines for where people lived are not always correct. it can be a family member who actually lived there and not the person you are looking for and the info comes up on that other persons info but it sure looks like someone related to her if not her did....

That was a way to brighten my day - a drive-by trolling. Too bad I missed all the action except in reruns. My take? Someone finally got irritated enough with the ducks to spout off, but did it discreetly enough to leave his/her motives unclear. But he or she did want to know if TT is going to be named along with Heidi in the lawsuit. (If he or she had REALLY been following along, the answer is in past pages.) At times the spelling was atrocious; at others it was quite decent. So either the booze was kicking in - good excuse, eh? - or else we had at least 2 people taking turns to rile the ducks. It may indeed have just been a bored military cook on his day off, alternating with a buddy for yuk yuks. I don't think it was a KK'er, either. So that brings us, as an alternate suspect, to someone close to the MCD lady. Lisa called him Hulon. The style, from our brief encounters in the past, is similar. Time will tell, Martina. (Anyone smell red herrings? Boy, the odor is strong!)

I was thinking that the initials MM upside down are WW (as in Wonder Woman )

No recap, because the lawsuit is still pending. The second deposition of Heidi was done, but what information that was obtained has not been disclosed.
I would say for the latest on the lawsuit to check out the court documents

The website of Kimkins is still up and running. The front page shows Heidi trying her own diet, along with Singinglass and a couple of other KKers. But not much going on there really.

Just a couple of days ago Christin posted this.

Good morning! I know that many (ok so most ) have been anxious for an update from John. I spoke with him and this is what he has shared so far. Some of this is already known, and just restated for clarification and to keep the timeline and discoveries coordinating.

1) We have now officially taken 2 depositions of Heidi Diaz and 1 deposition of Brandon Diaz. Brandon claims to know nothing.

2) We have learned that while Heidi was profiting from the Woman's World surge et al, she was still accepting payments from SSDI and Medicare.

3) She is still currently making money and still in business, however we have acquired new information that affirms the belief towards her concealment of assets.

4) We have uncovered evidence of more fraud and false advertising.

5) Brain Pugh is a non-attorney who formed Sharp Plumbing LLC, Halcyon Web Design, LLC and the Beauchamp Trust. He is also an employee of Bert Cottle, counsel of record for Heidi Diaz.

6) Cottle has filed a frivolous demurrer, which John is confident will fail... they are attempting to also set aside the writ, and John is optomistic on that as well, but the motion to set aside the right to attach order is totally up to the judge.

This is all that he has given us right now, he is still working on a public statement which we hope will be very informative. Keep your eyes open for that coming soon! Have a wonderful weekend, and keep pulling those weeds .

That would sure be helpful! hahaha 'cause I'm missing a huge chunk of info.

I went to the MCD website and couldn't NOT figure out what in the heck that was all about... Bad bad bad? Don't let this happen? Not sure what that was all about... don't want to know.

BUT ... just sort of planting an idea... it would be good to have some sort of "timeline" so that some of us could just keep up at a glance. I mean, you gals are finding out so much and it just like happens overnight. Wow. It's been hard to keep up sometimes! hahaha
