Nope, Been watching this subject for months. Now mind you, they are things in this world that makes ya go...hmmm.. just like Mayberry friend has said, but cmon seriously. Life really is to short. I have seen how this has passionately enraged everyone. America, has had its history of scam artists, fakers, wackos, you name it. But one thing is for sure, the dedicated people of these numerous blogs have done their work. They are P.I.s and lawyers doing investigations, It seems like ALL of the low-carb communities have thought of this matter. Sometime everyone, ya gotta just let it go.

For those who DO, believe in Kharma, and God, do ya think this Kimmer person, will EVER be happy with herself.
Besides, EVERYONE who has had an effort in bringing this chick, and the site to Justice, to the courts. EVERYONE has had a hand in doing the right thing, and sending people to a healthier lifestyle. PEOPLE... don't forget the insanities. Since this began, it can be safely said, that by the pay it forward posts....THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE...Dieting will do it safely now.

If you have not began to steer the younger folks of the Nation away, then that should be a bigger focal point of efforts.

Yeah that bout seems to be all their is about it. Innocent Bystander who for all its efforts, still seem to be a distant observer. When this matter does get resolved,,, maybe,, just maybe I'll reveal some sad but true...well truths. Yeah, I started drinkin again over again because of this. I found out about these situations, totally by accident, but in the postscripts of all that I have seen, It has deffinately not only stirred up my emotions. Dont take it the wrong way people. This diet, is dangerous, but they are more, and more, that know one really knows the cost of.

I am proud though, for the people involved taking a stand. That is how America was born. On a sunny spring day in 1776, a small band of people wanting to make a stand, changed the world. This has been proof that America still lives.

The subject matter though really is far from over. The parties and the lines have been drawn. We can only hope for a conclusion one day. They are life after a Kimkins diet.... A kimkins Lawsuit. In the mix is a secret of the existance of something. It is a life eternal that people need to understand, no matter their size.

I will continue to watch, learn, evaluate, and from time to time giggle.

I have never been on a diet in my life before, but this whole situation people, a chicken has come home to root from my life history, and I'd like to know what drove it. So, yeah I'll keep my mouth shut for now, but guys, You have done good work, AND PEOPLE... have LISTENED.

Another Lurker here. There was a lady on Kimkins that went by the name of Misty that said she lost 25lbs in 6 weeks going from 142 to 118. She lived in Mexico and would post pictures of high carb food she made for others. Does anyone know if she was for real or one of Heidi's sockpuppets? I mean her no harm if she is real this has been bugging me. Also fabulour work to all the ducks just when I think you've hit a deadend something else is uncovered.
