Just to clear things up
I do not do Kimkins. Kimkins is dangerous. I did start kimkins back in July before all the lies and drama started. Since finding out how harmful Kimkins can be I have changed to a low carb, low calorie (1000-1200 daily) low fat diet but based on Weight watchers points. I post on this site because everyone on here knows what it feels like to be lied to and cheated by Heidi Diaz. I don't want to be smashed but would love support. In every post I do on this site I say that I NO LONGER FOLLOW THE KIMKINS DIET. I want people to understand that I DO NOT SUPPORT KIMKINS DIET. I DO NOT ENCOURAGE YOU OR ANYONE TO FOLLOW THE KIMKINS DIET.
I use this site for support from other people who are going through the same stuff right now. The people who are fed up with being fat and need encouragment to keep going on the diet road. I just wanted to clear all of this up so we are all on the same page that I do not do kimkins or support her diet. Thanks, |

Ali-- that's tremendous. WW is a good program, and combining that with lower carb dieting makes a lot of sense.
I think because you're posting in this section of LCF people might take things differently than they are. I know there are other WW folks here at LCF! I'm not sure where they post. Maybe you could post a thread to the general lobby area and maybe start a group! You are really sweet and you've got your stuff together. |

Great desision there about your diet and statements Ali but I think you missed the point. you are shedding weight and posting in the kimkins threads forum. FOlk like you who have been scammed by kimmer and others working to stop her would like to see the Kimmer threads dry up. As a new post in the kimmer section shows on the new posts as a kimmer thread post keeping her name out there and allowing folk to believe somebody is doing her diet.
The fascination with kimmer topic will never cause anybody to think the kimkins diet is still being done successfully here, but a topic discussing weight loss eating low carb could be misconstrued that way.

Thanks for all the understanding posts. I have to admit with all the kinkins drama I am a bit surprised that this kimmer thread still is on LCF. If we really want the site to dry up I am totally understanding and will start to limit my posts.

Don't limit your posts, girl. Maybe you could just move them to another forum so that others eating like you can hop in! You're such an inspiration!
The more traffic this section of the board receives, the more 'active' it seems that Kimkins is.... and it's not, but the perception is there. I think the forum remains to aid the governmental and consumer agencies who have been contacted with regards to the plan. |
