Bolding mine.

I call BS. There's no way you can do low carb/low cal for 4 days, lose 11 (water weight) pounds, go OFF the diet for the holiday, flip flop and maintain. Anyone who's ever done even regular low carb knows that.

I think I smell a stinky sock....puppet.

Here you go ... in her own words:
"Ever wonder why we pick choose one diet over another? Just about any diet "works" if you stick with it, so why Kimkins?

So, Heidi admits her diet isn't the best thing out there since any diet works if you stick to it, but she's claiming her support boards are the best. Yeah, I'll pay $80 for what I can get free on a ton of other sites. Who does she think she's kidding?
And she's still saying the fast weight loss? If it's so fast, shouldn't it be working for her?

Take Down Kimkins Contest–Day 22

Get the Taxman After the Conman

Did the scammer report your losses as income or did they hide it somewhere? If you suspect any tax fraud activity, you can report it to the Internal Revenue Service.

Take Down Kimkins Contest–Day 22

Heidi is under the mistaken assumption that writing a fat check to the IRS gets her off the hook. Nothing could be further from the truth. All of her “income” that she paid those taxes on was fraudulently obtained. Now she is hiding money too. So let the IRS know about the scam.

Ummm, when did KK's new motto become "More is better" ?
Would that be more fraud? Perhaps she meant more health dangers. Or even more hair loss. For a site that offers less of the important things like calories, fats, or medically substantiated claims, it sure seems a poor (badbad) choice for a motto, IMO.

Even Heidi says that it only works for you if you're on it. Clearly, she's not "on it".

She changed it a few months back after we had fun with her former motto, "No faster weight loss - none"

Reminds me of a near miss (shouldn't that be a near hit?) in an airplane crash, a good chance (shouldn't that be a bad chance?) of tornadoes, etc.

Reads to me like someone frantically building her case for "Oh, you can't shut down my internet forum. Just LOOK at all the friends and support we have going on? You want to be responsible when all these poor needy and dependent women get shut out of Kimkins and can no longer get that ALL-IMPORTANT support they need so badly each day?"

Not only is it FAT TUESDAY, it also SUPER TUESDAY, get out and VOTE

A total of 24 US states are holding primaries or caucuses on 5 Feb.

It is the day when the largest number of nominating delegates for both Republicans and Democrats are up for grabs

52 per cent of Democratic delegates and 41 per cent of Republican delegates are at stake

Key states include California - with the most amount of delegates for a single state - Georgia, Illinois and New York

Started in 1988 after some southern US states decided to hold primaries simultaneously to boost southern influence in choosing a candidate

Atkins had it right. Leave it to someone to try and change it and then have to lie about their losses.

Congratulations!!!!! Not only are you doing it in a safe way - but you will also be able to keep it off because you ARE eating!
