oh I've had some wonderful educational discussions on my blog by prokimkins folk and as long as they want to discuss the diet they are more then welcome to post commnets there. Afterall it was through the discussion with one that I learned many of those who claim to be doing kimkins and claim they are getting healthy fats with their proteins didn't understand that lean protein is a term used to describe proteins that have less then 3 grams of fats per ounce of food and the fats they were getting with their proteins were because they were not making sure they were actually eating lean protein. Guess Kimmer forgot to hold protein 101 class for her followers and we should be thankful she didn't or there would be even more pages on kimkinssurvivors.
amazing isn't it somebody will defend a plan they are not doing cause they didn't understand the termanology and will tell you you don't know what you are talking about when you say Kimkins is too low fat and lacking EFAs.

That proves you haven't been banned and still have access, right? Have you tried signing in lately? I imagine her attorney advised "reversing" as many bannings as possible, starting with those named in the lawsuit.

Heard from an ex-Kimkinster via e-mail through my blog tonight! She lurks here. Anyway, she tells me that -get ready for this- one of the main posters/admin over there isn't as fabulous as she's cracked up to be and is actually quite mean and nasty.

Color me shocked!

Busy pulling weeds the past few days. There are literally thousands of obscure sites and blogs (mostly old) that still have Kimkins ads or affiliations. Sometimes you have to go to the webmaster and simply email them nicely. Lots of times they simply forget because they are involved with other projects. They did thank me for saving them some "space" on their servers! LOL

No I don't. This newsletter was not sent to the email address I used for Kimkins. It was sent to my work, where Kimmer and I exchanged emails directly. So that is how I KNOW, she sent it deliberately and on purpose to me. And I am sure I know why too

Well, I got my KK's newsletter. I found it interesting that it has a success story followed by where to get free/cheap health insurance. I guess she knows you're going to need it.

Heck, just showing them Heidi and losers on Kimkins front page would turn anybody away. Then peeps might be more heedful that those who follow her diet exactly as written before now have health problems, and those who tweak, didn't lose the weight in a short time. Works for me.

One of the places I looked for all things KK was WebCrawler Web Search.

I found lots of affiliates and ads. Here is a strange one.

Hiya Kat! Yup I got a note too.
I got a response from him yesterday morning saying the articles were removed and how he hated scams. But when I checked 3 articles still remained. I sent him an email back again saying how I would appreciate his attention to removing all Kimkins propaganda. Signed from one scam hater to another.

I haven't checked again today.....But I will.

My partial banning from kimkins thankfully still gives me access to the many insightful musings from heidi on the front page.

For our reading pleasure the last few days we have been graced with her ever so inspirational "Are we fat out of politeness" article. I've been trying to come up with the words to describe it and I just can't, well and not wonder if foot tapping guy might show up. Oh to be Cleochatra right now - words never fail her.

Cleo if you are not busy go read that article and come up with something pithy for me please.

Has there ever been a bigger lying liar that lies? Maybe, but right now none come to mind. She has masterfully crafted the art of playing the victim with such skill that you might never even recognize it for what it really is - sympathy evoking tripe. With veiled hints to make you wonder what sort of tragic events have occurred in her life that make her so submissive and non-confrontational.

I'm blaming the Cobb salad from a few days ago. Ha! Yeah, let's blame the salad. At least I'm thankful the waitress brought the wrong dressing. I don't like bleu cheese so I used very little.

Salad is the devil! Or so Kimmer would have us believe.
