And you never know what a site owner will do until you ask them. I would think that these little "fly-by-night" junk sites are either pretty much abandoned and unattended to, or wouldn't want to be involved with ANYTHING having to do with a lawsuit. Some are indeed overseas, so they don't really give a care, as long as they keep getting their affiliate funds (which I can't understand how they are still getting).

This is kinda fun. I used to do this sort of chase thing with the 419 scammers (Nigerian advance fee frauds). If we don't get a response, perhaps we can pursue their site providers?

Dunno. Some of these are tough nuts.

Please be patient with John, he is very busy with Kimkins related matters and such right now, so I wouldn't anticipate hearing anything from him until sometime next week.

Some of these websites don't even have a TOS. We'd almost be further ahead to write our own articles and submit them, because there will be no removing what's already been submitted.

M&J Show is doing another diet segment tomorrow "Miracle Diets...Do They Really Work?"...it would be nice if they mentioned KK again but I doubt it. Maybe we should email them and tell them to include it, lol.

we've been successful in the past getting sites with no TOS to pull them..

just use some "gentle nudging" like reminding them they do not want to be part of/held accountable for perpetrating an internet crime along with the affiliates writing the articles

Frankly, I don't think that's such a good idea. While the M&J Show did their best to debunk KK, they still flashed before/after pics of Kristin, Deni and even TT - I think that had the opposite effect.

It's true that some people want to believe they can have those results. However, thinking people aren't going to want to be on a plan that the "nutritionalist" and Doctor had such bad things to say about. There will always be those who are drawn to train wreck plans, but I don't think they are in the majority.
