Thanks. So if there is nothing attached to the end of the addy it's her link, right? Now I forget where I was that brought this up.
I'm working on MissM's assignment. I hope my old computer can handle all this. It likes to freeze up with too much open and I currently have about 9 windows going. lol. Cross your fingers for me, would ya?
ps. thanks for the link, Kat.

If not number then considered marketing I would think. But the site you had did have an affiliate number in the http of 119. I would say on the kimkins.com links to see where they are going right click on the link then hit properties and it will give you the http- Like this

And aren't Camarodiva and Singinglass still the same weight as they were?

I do not recommend starting with a K plan as it is not doable for life. K plans are meant for fast weight loss short term. I have had PM's recently from quite a few K followers that have horrified me--dizziness, hair loss and other side effects. Not worth it at all if you can lose any other way. K plans did help me when I stalled out in cycles with Atkins BUT I now think I could have reduced protein amounts and perhaps beat that stall without resorting to K plans. It seems to me you are better off to find a plan you can live with for life. I think you should decide what foods you like the best and find the diet that allows them the most. For example, if you are a big meat eater you may benefit from Atkins. While it is all true that excessive protein can and will convert to carbs in the body, you can always eat less carbs and lose just fine. On the other hand, maybe a few more carbs is worth the reduction of a little protein. And, if fats are your thing you may benefit from Atkins induction OR Eat Fat Get Thin.

I also think speaking with your Doctor about the right plan for you is a great idea too! Sometimes even just reducing the starchy carbs, eliminating junk foods and following low GI works too. This is more of a Southbeach approach. One thing about it--you have many choices!
