Actually, I can understand the mindset of those who go back to it. They still haven't figured out that all it's going to do is keep them in the starve-binge cycle. So many of us have that all-or-nothing personality that can cause us to starve ourselves, and when we're sick of that, we go crazy making up for lost time. So much of this weight thing is mental.

The kimkins link on yahoo went to kimkins though and here it doesn't..

I looked up all answers by Heidi D on Yahoo answers, she had about 15 on there, and on 14 of them, she either talked about the site, or provided a link to it as her source. Sooooo I reported every single one of them, stating that the diet is dangerous, being investigated for fraud, and is the subject of a class action lawsuit in California.

one thing I discovered in discussions on my blog with kimkin diet supporters is they don't really do the plan as written cause kimmer uses the term lean proteins as her protein sources and the term lean protein is defined as less then 3 grams of fat per one ounce of the food.
Y'all should have seen the post accusing me of making that figure up (HI DANA) and it had nothing to do with kimkins from the kimkins.con website. And another one telling me they get fats with their proteins.
Since they are not looking for lean protein as their pick they can be getting a nice Atkins like serving of fats in their proteins and be exceeding kimmer's fat restrictions. unless they have kimmer checking their fitdays ( and if they are a successful loser why would they) they will never hear the your fats are too high info from kimmer and think we are making it up.

Well, if you're looking for things to do in general, perhaps special missions.

I can give you a list of people to fling some dishes at, and I'll make you a cape.

Seriously, I have some suggestions for some stuff. Simple stuff.

Some of the social networking sites allow you to report inaccurate sites, and write some mini reviews. All these things help. You can help the blogs, as well as report some spammy looking sites.

I can pm anyone who would like some more info.
