Not necessarily Kat--we have 30 days of challenges. Plus we have more than just one prize to be given away to participants. So don't fret hon....you are still in the running...

I want to personally thank each and everyone for getting involved in this. The big guns like the FTC, AG, IC3 are very important to make sure Heidi and her merry band of minions finally pay. Plus the site being shut down will only happen through federal channels.

Yet the smaller consumer fraud sites are important also. There are many people who search these sites for information on companies before shelling out their hard earned dollars. There wouldn't be so many of them if they were not useful. so do your part and fill out those complaints also. It takes just a few minutes of your time. Also many of these sites provide their information to the authorities. Rip-Off Report is a perfect example.

I just want to leave you with this old saying....just some food for thought...

There are certainly SO many aspects of Kimkins that could have complaints filed that I really wonder if we could remember all of them at one time to get them all into one complaint.

So, if you have the time and the inclination, please do make another complaint. I'm sure once they get this project under their close scrutiny they will want to know ALL about it. So, either be very thorough in your first complaint, or file another complaint if you can think of more things to tell them.

Hey Bama - I went to the Econsumer site, and the way I read it, you have to actually have plunked down some cash before you can file a complaint. I guess a "Heidi is a scam artist!" type complaint gets no attention whatsoever. It means I would personally have to prove it by being scammed, which I haven't. Sorry I can't help.

Did anyone happen to see Dr Phil today? It was about "Get Rich Quick" schemes. They had a guy on who had flipped a house, made 30 grand on the flip, and proceeded to go out and buy 7 more houses. Hes in debt 2.2 mil. So, to try to raise more money, he starts a blog, gets QUITE a following, and starts "being honest" on the blog that he might have been a little dishonest with his loan papers, etc. Well, suprise, an internet HATE GROUP started, emailing him and his family, starting HATE websites, stiring up all kinds of trouble....and NOW THE FBI IS CALLING HIM!!!! He was QUITE indignant that people would be attacking him in that way! HELLO -ITS CALLED FRAUD!!!!! Anyway - it was encouraging to hear that the FBI is contacting him, so there is hope for the Ducks!!! It was kind of interesting to hear him talk about an experience so very similar to the Kimkins experience.

Celeste: I saw this, too. That guy had real "mental" problems..(like someone we know and love)..How can I get my wife back even though I have ruined her life for 3 years and ruined her credit and stolen from the bank and the list goes on, doesn't it? She is one smart woman to have hit the road and never looked back.

the ecommerce form is the exact same form as the FTC---you do not have to have spent money----it is filed with the same agencies as the FTC form----so please go ahead and report a complaint---just do not fill in the info about how much you paid and stuff---just that it was an internet website
